I had kind of a mixed experience here. The gentleman who handles watch repairs was very personable and helped us out right away. Amazing and prompt service. Rolex the watch dog is also 10/10The sales staff on the other hand was not as pleasant. We were interested in looking at some of the products, but none of the sales people would give us the time of day. I was actually quite disappointed by there attitude.All in all, the repair team is great. If you need some jewelry repaired they're great.

Kings was great to deal with from beginning to end. They went above and beyond to accommodate my proposal plans and were helpful through the entire process. Additionally, the value offered on the diamond I purchased couldn't be matched anywhere else. I can't recommend this local business enough. A+

Got my wife's engagement ring as it is one of the few places that still carry Canadian diamonds, was on for 50% off and could not be happier!!!! Got our wedding bands and an amulite necklace as well. All great deals with excellent service. Oh and they are local family owned so they care and take care of their clients!!!Always a pleasure purchasing from these great folks.

I wanted an experience with my daughters to have them design their own rings from a damaged ring my mother was wearing when she past away!Having a terrible experience at another jeweller, we headed to try Kings Fine Jewellery!What a beautiful experience we had!Quality customer service but with that came compassion and lots of ideas to create the best design for my daughters!I was able to trade some old gold I had here at home that went towards the cost of the rings!They have a wide selection of jewellery! I went to get my medical ID bracelet engraved, had an amazing experience! Friendly staff, quick engraving, a wonderful environment. The quality of the engraving is amazing as well, and it was pretty cheap for what we got. Highly recommend!!

The team here were very helpful when I had an issue with the work done by the outsourced goldsmith. The rings purchased are beautiful as is the necklace I received for Christmas last year from here. They are friendly and the on-site dog is definitely the cherry on top. Thank you for fixing everything needed and making us feel important.

This store is absolutely wonderful! I have unique taste and wanted a morganite ring, and after going to multiple jewelry stores for consultations, my fiancé said that King's was by far the best and most accommodating. He worked with the jeweler through the whole process, who sourced multiple morganite stones for my fiancé to pick from. He then helped him pick the setting and other stones and let me tell you...it is the most BEAUTIFUL thing I have ever seen! It sparkles like crazy and everywhere I go I get endless compliments. We went back for my wedding band and again worked with the jeweler to create a unique band I had in mind and he brought out loose stones from the back so that I could see general sizing and aesthetic. He gave us an incredible deal and throughout the process was not pushy in the slightest and was great to work with and had great suggestions. Every time I go in they clean my ring for me and all of the staff there are incredible friendly. The store itself is beautiful and full of beautiful pieces that include alternative gemstones and lab created diamonds. No matter what jewelry you are looking for, my fiancé and I would both highly recommend King's!
