Walked in to get a bouquet for a friend. The owner was working on an arrangement but stopped and kindly took the time to help us. She made a beautiful arrangement that fit exactly what I was looking for while staying within my budget. I would go back again with all my floral needs.

I have received flowers from this florist at least 2 times, including today. They have been beautiful arrangements/bouquets, and the delivery was very professional. They called me to ensure I was home shortly before the delivery, and followed delivery instructions. The bouquets were really well wrapped with plenty of water.

There was a bit of language barrier but the lady working there took her time to make a custom bouqet while listening to the color arrangements and the price range that I wanted.I'd say the price was quite reasonable. Chose this place after visiting a couple florists in the area today.

More than 10 sympathy arrangements were delivered to my husband’s funeral mass in good time. With the excellent quality and designs, prices were reasonable. It was so beautiful that I had to order extra arrangement for the burial service which took place a week later.

We had a flower delivery from this shop, the delivery person was rude, could not figure out which door to open after he was buzzed in. The 12 long stem roses came as a bouquet, but were ordered to be brought in the white box. The roses were nice with accompanied greens, but were not cupped on the bottom with water containers as is done in more experienced shops. Also missing was a pouch with flower food that helps to stay flowers longer. We will not be using this flower shop again.

Love ordering from Stella, the florist who runs this store. The price is fair, service is amazing but most importantly, Stella listens and tries her best to put together bouquets to suit our needs. We have been ordering from Style since 2016 and this is our go to place for bouquets and other floral arrangements in Richmond.

It was the first time getting the flowers delivered from here, I usually go and pick out each flowers since I want it to be perfect, so I was hesitant to do the delivery. They met my expectation and confirmed the delivery the night before and confirmed which time would work the best for us. It was a gift for my wife as mothers day and we got it first thing in the morning which was the time line they gave us night before!! Fresh flowers and at the end of the day my wife loves it!! The gentleman who delivered the flowers was very nice and polite as well! Will definitely order again!! Thank you!
