I went there the first time I had a good experience. Now I went there the broker was basically useless I could google more facts than what the lady told me. I went to the insurance broker on 72nd Ave A and S they gave me legit advice and now my problem is gone.

So awhile ago when I went here I came in to make a payment towards my claim and the women made an error and ended up putting the payment for my fines instead.They did cover the mess up but then I was told by her I need to pay them for the mess up that I didnt make and that if I didnt pay it would go to my credit report

Recently switched to this broker as they offered better customer service than my previous broker. Had a few interactions with this team so far, each have been friendly and very helpful. They aren't pushy, they seem honest, patient and take the time to explain rates etc.

Peter Pook is my fave insurance broker. They are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will do all they can to get you insured and on your way in as little time, and as painless as possible. Highly recommend. They definitely know their product well. Great customer service. Thank you Noel and the lady who helped us that crazy Aug. night last year during your staff party.

It was pretty close to closing time and the task would've taken a while longer but the guy stayed anyways to help me out as I was in a bind. He was also by far the most knowledgeable autoplan rep I've encountered.

I went to inquire about a possible error in being able to claim the difference between business and pleasure through work, and they refused to help me because I didn't renew my insurance with them. The woman who didn't help me stated that it would of taken a really long time to look up the information, which I highly doubt, and that I should go back to the place where I renewed my insurance. Since I work in Central city tower, it was convenient to inquire there and then I could submit my paperwork. I would not recommend this company to renew insurance or for any inquiry questions.Definitely need an improvement on customer service skills.

Was in on the 2nd or 3rd of the month to renew. My payments always come out on the 20th. During renewal, the girl asked 'did you want to stick with the 20th?'...which i replied 'yes' .Payment was taken out on the 13th. Which left me with overdraft until payday next Friday.Called the office and was told when you originally got your insurance a few years ago
