TownePlace Suites by Marriott Belleville

Booked for my anniversary and was impressed by having a mini kitchen and all the kitchen utensils. Very pleasant employees. The only thing that I'd small dislike was, the pool could've been a couple more degrees warmer and the hot tub, couple of degrees cooler. I would book again most definitely.

Great staff, but the pullout sofa bed was garbage, horrid. Queen size bed, felt small, called front desk, they said it was a Marriott Queen?? WT*?The ceiling lights in the bedroom didn't work. Called down, no maintenance to help, gone for the weekend. As we left, we located a master light switch that turned off the power to the light switches in a few spots. That should be labeled, and the front desk should know about that. The staff we had were very friendly and helpful, can't fault then for poor training. DO NOT COUNT ON PULLOUT bed being used as a bed, complete garbage.

LOVED this hotel. What an amazing experience! So comfortable and clean. Perfect temperature. A huge glass shower and full kitchen in the king room made our 2-night stay so convenient. Wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning with friendly staff to brighten your day! This hotel is exactly what I hope all hotels could be. Thank you for such a great stay! All of my future work/leisure stays in Belleville will be here.

Stayed two nights with the girlfriend just for a weekend away. Booked a studio king room. It was very clean. Had full fridge, a small dishwasher and a two burner stove because I wanted to cook a romantic dinner. Had some basic pots and pans. Good enough to cook a meal. Lighting was good. Bed was very comfortable. Had a desk for working on. A small couch. The bathroom was nice. Glass walk in shower big enough for two people to stand in easily. The shampoo and everything was excellent. Continental breakfast was decent with alot of options. The pool was a little small but clean along with the whirlpool/hot tub. Basic gym but good enough for a workout. Overall a little pricey but you get alot for your money. The only little things I can say was the room could've been a touch bigger, there are only two baggage carts so on checkout you likely won't get one, the coffee is god awful. Lol. I'd recommend the stay for sure and even better staying two nights so you can enjoy what they have.

The hotel is very clean, newly renovated and all rooms have a great kitchenette which is very convenient. The staff are excellent always greeted with a smile and very helpful. Close to 401. Highly recommended.

Great hotel! Very modern, clean and well designed hotel.Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff very pleasant.Facilities, including fitness centre and pool are clean and in great order.Breakfast service is great with lots of choices for both hot and cold breakfast.Super location, close to all amenities and co-located with the casino.Highly recommended for those with families as well, as the family rooms are great!

Booked here for an overnight stay mid-April before driving further east the next morning. Stayed on points. Overall the hotel seems quite new and part to be part of a newer development in the city that is around a 5 min drive away from food chains and groceries.We arrived at 10 pm or so. Check in was easy. We had a dog with us, so we completed the mandatory forms and payment for the pet fee. Staff was very friendly and courteous, and upgraded us from the two Q to king studio suite.Our room itself was set up for longer stays, with a decently equipped kitchen, closet space. Bed itself was quite comfortable.The free breakfast offered included hot items (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage patty, pancakes I believe), cold options like cereal and boiled eggs, and a coffee machine that served decent coffee.We weren't there long enough to use the pool or gymParking is open but well lit.Overall the staff was very friendly. For questions the front staff could not answer right away, they found someone to help answer shortly after.Would stay again for a stop in Belleville.

The rooms are awesome and clean. Staff are very accommodating and will help you as always. They always have a good variety of hot and cold breakfast. The pool is amazing, and they have a gym if you want to burn those calories. Overall, it was a great experience and will book again in the future.

Stayed here during a recent family visit to Belleville. Though the hotel is undergoing renovations, the work did not impact our stay at all. Indeed, I found the staff very helpful, the breakfast pretty good, and the rooms comfortable and clean. Given my positive experience, I would be happy to stay here again the next time I am in Belleville.
