Honestly wish 0 stars was an option.7 days in a row, my coffee has been made wrong. I never thought a double double could be so hard to figure out.Several times I've asked for a bagel double toasted with cream cheese but apparently toasting bagels is also too complicated as my bagel is not toasted at all.The Tim's on the highway at least has a toaster and knows DD- go there.The Flying J has excellent coffee too.100% do NOT recommend this location.

This is like my temple! Lol, always fast but pleasant service. No matter who is at the window, always a smile and sometimes a laugh or two. Makes morning coffee that much better and starts your day off so much nicer.

In the last year their quality control has completely gone out the door. Food is consistently made wrong and put together poorly, drinks are often lacking in either sugar or cream. Staff is friendly though. If you’re wanting a snack or a drink, just go to the uptown location instead.

Second day in a row now at least my wrap was presentable. Again no napkins or bag. But PICKLES were added to my chicken bacon ranch wrap. The taste is awful and I genuinely don't enjoy it one bit. They got my coffe right at leastEdit: they subbed chipolte for ranch thats where the awful taste is coming from

I refuse to go to this Tim Hortons anymore and I work close by so this was my every morning ritual to stop in grab a coffee and something to snack on. The staff is rude and unwelcoming except for a couple people that work there and the food is always loaded with so much butter and they squish the food. You ask them to remake something they give you attitude and to think I spent money there on a daily basis. The images I added were from a remake order pretty sad she went to make these a third time and same thing...

Worst workplace to work ever. Management is racist. They do workplace discrimination and even criticize if you are left handed and make fun of you. Maybe the owner doesn’t know what is happening in the store. Manager is rude. Loretta hire people and move them from another province after that they refuse to help with permanent residency. Such a wastage of my work permit, time and money.

This is my first time and even the last time I come to this Timmy to order something. My cold brew is not even full. The service sucked, unrespectfully, and bossy. I think your store will make my day, however, you guys just ruin my day.
