And his responsiveness and willingness to and guidance in answering my questions about flooring options and to help ensure I presented the products that not only meet — but also exceed those requirements — for noise insulation to my building’s Property Manager was exceptional.

This company exceeded my expectations. Todd advised me on what colours would work with my flooring that would remain in other parts of the condo, and even came out to my place free of charge to show me the samples. They then explained the process completely to me and showed me the material that would go down. Price was fair. I got the “Mohawk redwoodplus kindling oak”. This stuff looks and feels amazing, is waterproof, and very scratch resistant. They were very accommodating. Even allowing me to expand the job to the dining room area at a fair cost, and even came back to fix my closet doors! My installer was Brian and his assistant. They got a subfloor put in, self leveler, underlay and the flooring, and reinstalled the baseboards. All done in a 900 square foot place in only a few days. They even kept the place relatively clean as best they could after. It’s so nice to have a level and nearly silent floor now! No more valleys! I will use them again.

We recently contracted Diverse flooring to install new flooring in our living room and kitchen.We are very happy with the flooring and the installer Kevin was a dream. What a great installer with a fantastic work ethic and desire to do the best job possible , he and his sister were wonderful. I can't give them enough praise.The one thing my husband and I were shocked and dismayed about was the cost of the prep work and levelling of the floor itself. It actually doubled the original cost. Sean came to our home when we were considering new flooring. At that time he did mention that levelling may be required but he did not warn us of the exorbitant cost we may incur. If we had known, we wouldn't have gone ahead with the work. I would strongly recommend in the future that the true cost of such work be shared with the customer in advance.Again, we are very happy with our new flooring and the installation, but this experience has left us unable to recommend Diverse Flooring to anyone considering a new floor.

Great job Diverse Flooring! Shawn gave me good advises about carpet & laminate which really helped me make my decision. The installation guy Kevin was just great, finish every thing nice and clean. Thank you for accomplished the job in such a short term and made my house completely renovated. Would consider cooperate again.

We have used Diverse for several flooring jobs and have always been happy with the product, pricing and customer service received from Todd and Shawn. Our most recent project is no exception. Thank you once again!

Where is the zero star option. 1 is too many.After living in Pitt Meadows for 20-plus years, we thought we would try Diverse Flooring out. It's unfortunate that we did! The young salesman was helpful. However, that is where it ended. We were told our order would be 5 to 7 business days, well 4 weeks later, and 3 follow-up calls later, our product arrived. That should have been the first hint. I won't be knit picky on employees' attitudes or demeanor, but stick to the main issue of ignorance and negligence.We specifically told the salesman that we needed a product, which the design was horizontal, not vertical. Specifically HORIZONTAL. The salesman went to speak with someone, presumably an owner or manager. They recommended a full roll of linoleum, which would be the right material for the job. Trusting the employees were making the correct recommendation to us we ordered with the agreement and their Final Sale" policy. Reiterate
