This business was supposed to winterize our trailer last fall and we ended up with a split open hot water tank.We were told over and over that the tank was on its way.To this date no tank.The owner Dave Dunn won’t even return our calls and emails.Do not do business with this guy.Next step is court.

I really hate to have to put this out there but the service demands a response.DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY. FULL STOPBlue Mountain Mobile RV Repair was hired 2 seasons ago to support/install a new trailer floor and to replace damaged awnings. To this day, not one task has been fully completed despite being paid up front.Owner: David DUNNGananoque, ON1. Charged for damaged parts he never replaced. Instructed to replace awnings and arms if necessary. Replaced awnings with terrible installation and left old bent arms in place despite his email to me stating if bent they are compromised and must be replaced. One awning spent an entire summer under our trailer waiting for him to return to install.2. Ignored direction. Instructed to support/replace floor. Completely disregarded my instructions and bonded old broken floor back together and told me it was like new. Zero support, zero wood replaced. He even had the nerve to make an instructional video for business purposes on repairing the floor using his bonding method. I will say the flooring was laid well and looked good, but began to fail immediately.3. Lost our personal belongings. Battery covers, small ball post to prop main door open, small tarp lost/not returned.4. Awning lights left under trailer after agreeing to install. The original awnings had lights. He also left our island with no power after disconnecting it for floor repair and took some time to return to fix.5. Unreasonable delays. After 2 seasons, the reason given for the delay in our project was him being behind on other jobs. We incurred large costs due to his delays.6. Rude, unprofessional, accepted no responsibility for issues at all. He used our heater and LP to keep himself warm while doing a job we paid him to do and he argued at our initial assessment of the job on the floor to the point of calling me a mother****er"...over the phone of course.
