Really good service, the employees are really sweet and dont make you feel weird about trying on a lot of pairs. Glasses are a huge decision and the employees helped alot, gave me tips, suggestions etc. Good service and selection of designer frames as well. They also have direct billing but not SunLife. Id really recommend this place!

Bought my glasses here during the summer and the girl that helped me was so nice and I thought I would have more trouble finding frames I liked but when I described to her what I was looking for she immediately started passing me frames to try on and I actually liked so many of them but settled on my favourite of her suggestions. I got my glasses very quickly and I’ve never had a none positive experience there! The girls that were there when I picked up my glasses were so nice and the guy that helped me make my glasses more comfortable was too! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for new glasses

I go back again and again for my glasses and contacts. I love their staff, everyone is super friendly and helpful and they also direct bill! I tell all my friends to go there and they all love four eyes as well :)

This store doesn’t carry Gentle Monster sunglasses even though it says so on Google. Sadly I wasted my time today because I thought they would carry them. I should’ve called before, but it’d be great if the owner updates their info online.

The service here is horrible, the young Indian guy that works here doesn’t even know what he is doing, he doesn’t even greet you and acts like if he doesn’t have time to help you , like if he is too busy? The shop is so small and there was nobody else in the store ? I guess he didn’t want me to spend my money there $300 ok … I guess somewhere else. When an Asian Couple came in he helped them faster? He can’t just stereotype and assume that other people may have more money than others… he has to help everyone the same. Hope you talk to your employee.

Took my Rayban sunglass frame to Foureyes metrotown store to have its Lens Replaced in late Spring 2020. What they told me was that they sent the frame to their Official Rayban supplier to put a high quality original polorized lens on it; Having hardly have used the treated Sunglass during the last 18 month (for Covid-19 shut down) to my surprise the low-quality colour coating started to fade away this summer for no good reason, although I always have taken good care of the sunglass. The worst part is that their customer service absolutely fails to provide a simple bonus or credit in return of their poor quality service and only repeats on emphasizing on their 1 year warranty… Very bad experience with 4eyes metrotown.

I got ,my first pair of Ray Bans sunglasses, Crystal was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me picked out the right pair of sunglasses that fitted my face shape. The staff here are very welcoming and well educated.If any of you guys are looking for glasses or sunglasses I suggest going to Four Eyes Optical!!

They even process the insurance for you on spot.Plus, I had to get my lenses re-prescribed, and they offer 2-year warranty, so I got it done without paying any additional charges.Also, they are very thorough to follow-up by calling the clients to remind them for any outstanding issues.
