McLaurin Village
My husband and I just moved back into McLaurin Village for the THIRD time in our lives. We just keep going back (to rent). Love it! The only thing that kinds of sucks is that to my knowledge there is only 1 and 2 bedroom units and the places aren't really large enough that you could make it into a 3 bedroom. Would defiantly consider buying one of these if there were larger units for growing families but its a lovely, calm, quiet area with lovely neighbors and very well managed with plenty of assigned and visitor parking.

This is one of the best places you can find to live in. If you are a family with children, this place is really safe with large area for playing, cycling, public library is close, many schools and parks are in close area. You have access to stores like Walmart, Save on Foods, University district and so on. Many banks are in walking distance as well.

I enjoy working here with clients. It is a popular location for people to live. Otis never hard to sell placesnin here. Great variety of places here and so close to the U of C.

If you are visiting this place parking can be a problem. Limited visitor parking on site, the street has two hour parking and on the other side requires a parking permit.Very close to the Brentwood LRT station.

Great place to live with nice gardens all around. Conviently located and well managed. Only downside is that the parking spots for most of the units are not right in front of the actual unit where you might be living. In Winter this can be a real pain.
