FloTech Pump
Having used a Flotech Pump for quite a number of years, it finally died on me. I had bought another Flotech Pump Model FP0S2450A-09 at the same time as a back up. When my first pump died I set up the new Flotech Pump but it quit working very soon after it was installed. I phoned the Flotech number in Calgary seeking some assistance troubleshooting. I have never dealt with such a rude customer service person. I gave him the model number of the pump as per his request. He then stated, Not my pump" and hung up. I called back
