Staff are always super friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. My gal has allergies to a whack of proteins and common ingredients but I noticed they made a Turkey Spinach cake which is something my gal can actually have! It was her birthday today and so I pick up the cake for her. She swallowed it in about five seconds or less. Safe to say she enjoyed it :)

We’ve been getting doggie birthday cakes here for years, and our pups have always loved them! Really appreciate how the staff always puts a fun and creative touch into their work, and it’s nice to have the different flavour options too.

One of the worst dog bakery’s. Awful customer service. That’s an understatement. And extremely overpriced. When I asked why they are so overpriced compared to others she had no answers just got defensive. How can you price an item $15 over others on the market. Disgusting. Not $1 or $2 compared to others. I will never come here again & will continue to spread the word to warn others. They don’t care about your needs, just their profits with price gouging.

Can't believe I forgot to post this on the 18th!! Sonic very much loves his toys and treats, and especially the cake!!Staff is very friendly too, this place is amazing for your pooch!

This is a small but jam-packed store/bakery with lots of amazing products!Bought Christmas cookies as well as my pup’s first birthday cake (actually, a spinach and turkey meatloaf with icing as my pup doesn’t like traditional cakes) and I love how I was able to customize the colors of the icing. One issue I had concerned the lady who took note of all my customizations that repeatedly said how “particular” I was being with my color choices - even though another representative said it wouldn’t be an issue - so this bothered me a bit (especially when I’ve seen other posts with the exact color combination that I had…). Nonetheless, the cake turned out great and my dog devoured it.Great selection of toys from name brands that I love like PLAY and it’s good that they have a loyalty rewards system where you earn credit as you send (although earning credit as 1/100 of the #dollars spent seem a little low).Overall, always a great place to spend a few hours shopping for my very spoiled puppy !

Used to come every year for our two dog's birthday cakes. The one I got today was an absolute disappointment. It was hard as a stone. We barely were able to cut it in pieces so that our super excited 14 year old could eat it.

Adorable little pet store packed with everything you need for doggo! Super helpful and friendly staff always offer to carry my heavy bags of dog food to the car :) and answer my questions about ear wash cleaning and flea powders etc. I always leave with a smile, and so does my dog as he gets a treat or 2 when we visit together.

A small little bakery with lots of good stuff! I like their mini bday cake. It's perfect size for 1-2 dogs! Not like you have to buy a big one and takes forever to finish. I tried both phone order and online order and both worked great. The staff on the phone was very friendly and polite, and online order was easy and fast!While I do agree some snacks are a little bit on the pricey side, their store is full of selection of heathy food for dogs and their staff is also knowledgeable about diets (My dog has kidney problem). Whenever I entered, there was always someone greeting me and making sure to help if I have questions. I had been to other pet stores where employees don't care at all..... This bakery is not at a convenient location at all for me since I live in Delta, but yes I will drive all the way here if there is anything I need!

Staff are helpful and friendly, a little cozy shop that you can get anything for your dog. Number one dog bakery. I ordered my dog first birthday cake from here and it was way better than I could ever imagine and expect. Beautiful design and super tasty. My dog could not wait to finish his birthday cake. If you want to treat your dog special and have a memorable birthday for your dog you should order the cake from here. Thank you Big dog little dog bakery for the lovely experience!
