I recently purchased two occasional chairs from Hone Envy and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Both sales people I dealt with were knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me pick a fabric that would stand the test of a dog and accent the existing colours in my living room. The furniture is well made and look great. Delivery people were excellent and friendly as well.

We love our bedroom set!!! Love that the furniture is made in Canada. It's incredibly well made and we know it will last for years. Well worth the money we spent. Our only issue is that when we placed the order, they wrote up the wrong bedroom set (the only reason we gave a 4 out of 5 stars). Thankfully we took a close look at the order form that was emailed to us and noticed before it went too far. We also noticed that the headboard was incredibly wabbly. Called Home Envy the next day and they had someone out that very day to fix the issue. Their customer service is amazing. We would purchase from this company again and again.

We just received our new bedroom set from Home Envy and we absolutely love it. The entire experience was great. We didn’t feel any pressure to make a quick decision at the showroom, the furniture was delivered and set up earlier than we expected, and the quality is exceptional. It also feels good to purchase Canadian made products. Highly recommend.

My husband and I had visited so many well-known furniture stores. But we were not satisfied with their design and quality of the furniture. However, we were so lucky that we had found the AMISCO brand and then it leads us to home envy as one of their retailers. Therefore, we went to home envy to know the price for Amisco's dining chair only but we ended up getting a Dining table, bar stools, mudroom bench and 4 PC bedroom sets. On our first visit, I was so amazed by their quality of products.After giving a custom order, I was not fully confident with the looks of our furniture but it turns out great and I am fully satisfied with my custom order now as the product is the same as the sample piece shown by the salesperson Dave.Dave was generous, supportive and calm in all scenarios. there was no pressure at all. He had provided enough time to us to think about our big order. Steve was so helpful by responding quickly to our email regarding price and questions. Delivery was also good. At last, I feel grateful for my purchase with HOME ENVY and would highly recommend Home envy to everyone.

We recently bought 2 sofas, 3 accent chairs, ottomans & a snack table from Home Envy furnishings. All pieces were from the manufacturer Elite, except the snack table was a different manufacturer. Both manufacturers offer great workmanship, selections in styles and materials at a very reasonable price compared a lot of poor quality furnishings offered at the big box stores for similar prices or more. Elite also offers customizable pieces to suit your needs, which we did for one sofa & two ottomans which turned out awesome. We were also able to choose our own fabrics on all pieces from a wide variety of options to match any environment/decor you have in mind.We were always warmly greeted by Brenda who was the sales lady assisting us on most visits & a pleasure to deal with. She was very knowledgeable, patient & helpful in selection process.Upon delivery of our items, we did have a couple of issues requiring attention, however Steve promptly offered solution to address any concerns to our complete satisfaction.We would recommend this local business as the service and products far exceed the quality offered at the usual big name stores.

We ordered a custom couch through Home Envy and when it arrived the colour didn't coordinate with the room it was going in. The manner in which Home Envy handled the return and reordering was above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend working with this company-they truly have their customers' satisfaction as their top priority.

After many emails and samples sent by mail as I live in the Crowsnest Pass and could not go see what was in store and a pandemic... I chose the Rustic Carlisle Ruff Sawn Bedroom Suite in Cappacino. Steve was kind enough to mail samples of stain and the color fits perfect with the color of Elk which is on the walls. The fellows who delivered were very nice and to keep it easier as it is real heavy (nine chest) cabinet..we took out the drawers and dragged it across floors with blankets...No complaints and am very happy with the finished product....hope the pictures help.

Love my new condo sized power recliner!! Who knew they built them tiny, sturdy and comfy!! And I love that this recliner is made by a family owned company. Great delivery service too! Thank you Home Envy!!

I am so amazed at how superb the customer service is at this store! I knew the brand I wanted and what pricing was like at various stores here and in Calgary - it is a Canadian made sofa and I bought one several years ago and wanted a slightly different model for a different room. Their pricing was hands down the best and on top of that I was told a 6-9 week delivery and it was here in 4!!You can't go wrong with Home Envy and I look forward to shopping there again soon!

We purchased our.sofa and love seat recently and have had a great experience with doing business with Home Envy. I love that it is a locally owned small business and sell quality furniture. Canadian made furniture is hard to find at great prices but here you can find beautiful furniture at great prices. Their personalized customer service is outstanding! We had a slight issue with one of our pieces that was no fault of Home Envy. Chris personally came to our home to have a closer look so that he could take pictures as he wanted to go back to the manufacturer to personally address the concerns we had with them. Chris worked diligently with the manufacturer to come up with a solution which we are very happy with. I am pretty sure purchasing from a big box furniture store, they would not have done this and we would have likely been stuck with a piece that we weren’t happy with. Not only has Home Envy been great to deal with but also the manufacturer is also standing by their product! We will definitely be purchasing furniture from Home Envy and will continue to recommend others to also support this company.
