Philips Pharmacy is the best in town! I have been filling all of our family prescriptions here for years. The staff are very pleasant and always helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers. They have prescription delivery available and renewing medication can be done easily with a phone call. It truly is a community family at Philips!

They have messed up the Blister packs on many occasions - if I wasn’t around to check up on what they are giving then what would happen? Totally unsafe pharmacists who don’t take responsibility for their mistakes- they never apologize - they just hand up- other pharmacies have auto fill and don’t expect their seniors to pick up their meds and are 100 percent accurate - NOT PHILIPS PHARMACY CARELESS

Always excellent up to last couple of months: delivery on wrong day, no notification of back order/meds discontinued, and today no delivery and was told my Rx not even marked for delivery. I think new staff not trained sufficiently

During the pandemic doctors here are not seeing patients, rather the very rude softball coach looking woman laughs at you and tells you to go to the hospital. Save yourself the trouble and just die quietly. By the way the patient was a 10 month old baby.

I’ve been dealing with Hany and his staff for years and years. I refuse to go anywhere else. Knowledge, service & delivery are beyond superior. If an item isn’t carried or not in stock, 99% of the time it’s available the next day. Hany and his staff feel like family; I’m always so comfortable and happy to see them!

Unfortunately, the business was sold recently and new owners have completely let the place go down hill. My last two prescription pickups were a gong-show.Previous review: Absolutely great Pharmacy! We had gone to others in Whitby in the past, but now will never go elsewhere. They are knowledgeable and very friendly. A++

Even tho I don't get prescriptions very often, the staff know me by name, and that is very comforting and are very quick in filling the script. I have been with Phillips Pharmacy a long time. They make me feel important when I go in for a prescription even if it has been over a year the last time I was there. Thank You Phillips Pharmacy for all your help over the years.
