Tipperary Park
It's the first time that we visit this city park. We are so surprised seeing this little hidden gem while next to the City Hall.We visit this park since we enjoy the Hyack Parade in uptown. There are lots of shady area and old trees. The little creek there is a good walking area. A good park is good for just a little rest or a big family picnic.

Beautiful park with hidden treasures Aswell as gems that can make you relaxed and at peace with nature. This sometimes makes me feel very comfortably content. You should walk by for an evening stroll.

We walked to this park from Queen's Park, it took about 15 minutes, and we're glad we chose today to come because there were many ducks swimming in one of the small ponds. This park is very peaceful, not many people, but it can be very loud when there's alot of traffic across the street.

Tipperary Park. It's a popular green space located in the downtown area of New Westminster. Tipperary Park is known for its open fields, trees, pathways, and a lovely water fountainThe park often hosts community events and festivals, and it's a great place for a leisurely stroll, a picnic, or simply enjoying the outdoors. It's also home to the city's annual Hyack Festival, which includes the famous Hyack International Parade.

Tipperary Park
Tipperary Square was part of the Royal Engineers original city plans in 1859-1863. The park was to used for legislative buildings but was officially added to the parks system in 1908. The New WestMinster tennis club that formed in the 1890's became a permanent resident of the park in 1908.Diagnol pathways, a series of small cascading waterfalls, trees of dedication, friendship gardens, ducks and ponds, stone steps crossing the water path and a canopy of beautiful trees give this park a peaceful character.
