Went through drive thru and when you ask and pay for extra syrup for a sundae they almost NEVER put extra. But this time I mentioned I paid for extra (wasn't being rude, very polite) and she said she did and then ignored me and walked away from the window. I should have gotten her name, but I at least wanted to write a review to let others know and be aware what you're dealing with at this location.

Good customer service but they have to get the orders out quicker I think. I waited almost 10 minutes for one coffee

I think both managers need to turn their keys at the exact same time where the ketchup is kept. That would explain why it's like pulling teeth to get it.Such a slow location.... Used to be really quick. Staff used to be great. Completely downhill lately.

Ordered 5 junior chicken and medium waffle fries. The total amount was $32.48. Gave $40.00 to a cashier at drive through window and she returned back $3 and change.Second. I paid $4.48 for medium waffle fries and when arrived home and open it. Surprisingly it is half empty and looks like some one ate half of it and put it at the bottom of the order bag.Disgusting. It was not expected from this location where I am going very frequently.Bad service in food industry.I will never go back to this location ever. I will like to give a ZERO star but unfortunately this option is not there.Here is a picture of my order of waffle fries

Came to this McDonald’s after shopping in the area. I decided since I’m driving quite far that I would eat in - the man in the picture who self identifies as Matthew is berating his staff telling them how they can’t do their jobs properly and literally told one employee that she is “a pain” when the employee inquired as to why she was “a pain” he responded that “people that can’t do their jobs and have to be watched are a pain, that’s you” - the employee looked obviously distraught. I continued to watch what was transpiring in the kitchen and whoever this manager is, should be fired for speaking to anyone like this let alone his staff. He told the same employee “well if you worked here for 6 months you should know how to do your job”. I would not work for this place if it was the last place hiring. I’m absolutely disgusted with the way the workers are treated here. I will NEVER be returning.Also to add: my fries were soggy - and I ordered a double hamburger and was given a single. They did rectified the order.

I went to the drive through and ordered a double quarter pounder meal, I was told to pull up to a reserved waiting stop for my food. I waited 10 minutes for 1 meal (not an issue) the issue is when I looked in the bag my sandwich was wrong so I went in to the store to get the sandwich I ordered. I waited 20 minutes for one sandwich after complaining. During that 20 minutes at least five other people also came In either missing items from the order or getting the wrong items. All of the customers who had messed up orders said they would not be coming back to this location and neither will I after waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and having to ask for it twice. Not to mention I wasn’t able to keep the sandwich that I originally got despite having to wait 20 minutes for the one I actually paid for.

I’ve been to a few McDonald’s and order a caramel sundae. And every-time the ice cream was melted. Order one here and it was perfect hate it slow and my ice cream not melted. What ever you guys are doing. Don’t change it. Love it. Thanks to the person that made it. June 4th. Around 4:40pm

Ordered 2 burrito breakfast.. first one was small and the bread all folded over at the bottom with nothing in it. second one had the habernio sauce in it. Not happy with paying $7.45 for just the 2.

Birthday party was horrible. Hostess disappeared none of the staff came back. Paid $250 for 10 happy meals and I had to keep going to the counter and back to my party. Because the Hostess that was booked into the party never came back. Was not organized on there end at all. I saw the hostess after my party was supposed to be over running food out to the cars. Contacted the management and mcdonalds corporate. Waiting to hear back from them.
