Please refrain from using this company. They came to our condo that we are renting to repair the fridge. Our food freezes on one side of the fridge. First of all the guy couldn’t communicate. He was on the phone with someone else who was guiding him through the process. He was not experienced at all. The fridge is only two years old. He was so confused. First he tells me that the fan is not working. Upon listening I said let me call the landlord and inform him. He stops me and tell me wait. He again proceeds to speak to the individual on the phone and let’s me know that I need to buy a new fridge because there is something wrong with the panel. He was at the condo for about 15 minutes and most of the time he spend talking to the individual on the phone. Charged me $111. Just few minutes ago I get a text that they sell appliances. Please do your research and go with a reputable company.

I really wish companies like this could be held accountable for being such THIEVES !!!! Anyone with any common sense would be able to tell that this fridge was done and needed to be replaced. NOT express repair’s technician, he thought that by vacuuming the compressor with my own vacuum and breaking the ice maker (that was a block of ice) it would fix it. And then comes the best part of there scam. The invoicing!! Wow what a joke. Over $200 to break my ice maker, use my own vacuum to clean the compressor and showing me pictures of some small corrosion on a compressor line. But never showing me this picture attached. You be the judge if this was your fridge do you think it’s fixable??? PLEASE DON’t EVER USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!Just to add a comment to the replies on all the reviews, there very generic and seemlier. This company has no intention to resolve the issue they just want to hose you and take your money….

I’m very satisfied with the service I received, the technician was amazing from the time he arrived. Igor explained everything he was doing from start to finish and also helped me clean out my freezer. The time of arrival was scheduled between 10am and 12 noon, Igor arrived at 10:10am, I was really pleased with the time of arrival. I had called many other appliance service providers but I would have a long wait time, when it’s a fridge that’s not working time matters! Overall I was so happy Igor was able to help me in a fast and affordable way! I highly recommend Igor to anyone who wants an honest person to do the job right! Thanks Igor!

I called in for a service call and thought I was calling a Whirlwind service company who will get the job done as what the site was stating on the Google ad.I’ll admit they were friendly and the Service personnel showed up in a very timely manner.For that they definitely get a five star rating.The service Technician came in looked at the codes on the machine and said it’s the board is gone and it will be roughly around $700 when it’s done.I said we will look to see what it costs for a new washing machine.We have 2 days to decide we paid the service call fee $114.00 he left and we started to push the washer back into the counter so that we can walk through the room easier as it was pushed back my wife accidentally pushed the power button and turns the machine on I turned it off by turning the knob to the Center and set it to off we needed to push in the one corner and was turned on again well it started up and it to work.absolutely no codes on it at allShe did 6 loads of laundry and it’s working perfectly fine,I’m just questioning how did a computer board get repaired by turning the knob and turning it back on.I’ll be asking for a refund ,I’ll update this review after someone reaches out to us to explain this washing machine miracle happened and the board repaired its self.Totally repair by turning it offf and turning the dial and powering it back on and why didn’t the Technician do that?

I wish I was able to give the zero stars...This is a ripoff company. Under no circumstance should you deal with these people. They sell damaged goods and don't stand behind their warranties... There repair techs have not clue what they are doing!!!Ksenia and Igor are not honest people...See the picture as to how they left my wine cooler in the middle of the floor...March 31, 2023 update...Express Appliance promised to get in touch March 26, 2023.Didn't happen!!!!

Unfortunately I feel that we were conned by this company. We were told that a service charge of $99 would be charged regardless of whether our dishwasher was repaired. Fair enough, however the repair person merely opened the valve under the sink to let water into the dishwasher and charged us $328.89 including an additional credit card fee. This took less than 3 minutes.This was not really a repair at all, and we feel including it in the service charge would have been more than generous. Instead, this company decided to extract so much money out of us for almost nothing. We were unaware that the cause of the problem was so simple because we moved into the home 3 days ago. That part is on us, hence why we understand paying the service charge. but an honest repair company would not have tacked a huge repair bill on top in this situation.

Anton is very professional and he knows his job. This is the second time I had a problem first time it was the dryer now it was the washer.. he fixed both of them like if he was the person who built them meaning there’re both working perfectI recommend him as express repair technician for any home office or businessJobs well done Anton

Called them and got a response instantly - an appointment was booked for the next day and Igor arrived right on time!! He drove a long distance but was on time and very friendly and professional. I had a broken glass piece stuck in my dishwater filter but was not visible. Igor explained very well what was require to be done and ensured that he will get the glass piece out before it went to the drain pipe. He was patient and ensured that he got that piece of glass - and ensured that he left the area near and clean. Would highly recommend Igor for his professional attitude, being knowledgeable and getting the work done in time - and proved to be value for the money spent.

I asked before the serviceman came to my house how much everything would cost. Rough estimate. And if you couldn't fix it how much. If they couldn't fix it, it wasn't going to cost me really anything I was told. 171.95 it cost me for a man to sit on my bathroom floor looking at his phone watching my washing machine for not even a half hour. Told me they could get Kenmore parts and then the serviceman says no they can't and basically to start saving. I understand you have to charge something. But a 171.95 for not even a half hour and you didn't even fix it is ridiculous. The ladies that work there should get their facts straight. I am looking at other reviews. I find it interesting that a gentleman says his service fee was a 114.00 for a washing machine yet mine was more. Absolutely ridiculous!!!
