Ordered flowers for a funeral, arrangement cost me 150 plus taxes. I was informed by people who attended the service that the arrangement looked like a 75.00 dollar arrangement I was told that the flowers were wilted and looked half dead. Found Poppy to be very rude...so very disappointed in this total experience.

Gorgeous arrangement, beautiful vase, and over two weeks on they still look fresh. My mother is thrilled and is still commenting on how beautiful they are. I recommend Smart Flowers with confidence.

Poppy (owner) is a brilliant floral designer, I have seen her create a 'simple' bouquet and create designs that were meters high, and drop dead gorgeous. Not only is she a excellent florist but also a lovely person and so very easy to work with. I highly recommend Smart Flowers.

Poppy always provides the extra creative touch. Her arrangements are always top notch and unique. I also appreciate the quality of her stock. I have never been disappointed - in fact, usually delighted. We are huge fans!

Very sad to get my flowers! Not even close to the online photo. For $100 I expected WAY more and nicer flowers not flowers that looked ready to die!! Will not buy from here again!As per the owners request I am updating this review to say that she did refund me half of what I paid and apologized and said because she did not see the flowers she could not tell what kind of roses were used or if they had wilted edges. The refund was acceptable and I appreciated that it was done, but because this was for a very special occasion( my mother's 90th birthday) unfortunately I was very disappointed to not get what I asked/paid for to begin with.

I ordered a sympathy bouquet over the phone and from Saskatoon no less and Poppy was able to help me with every step and made the process very easy. She also made my budget work so i was able to split between all my friends that were all going in on the bouquet. I asked for purple, not too large, and something that displayed “sending my condolences” vibes and when my friend who received the flowers sent the pic, they were absolutely perfect. Thank you Poppy for helping make my friends’ days a little brighter!

Very helpful and pleasant staff! They are very accommodating and know how to design bouquets and other flowers arrangements. For my grandparent's 60th anniversary party I stated I wanted a centerpiece with specific colours and that it needed to include one specific flower but I left the rest up to them. They managed to design perfectly what I was thinking! Their flowers look the best and last the longest out of many places I've tried in Swift. I'll always shop with Smart Flowers!

I recently got married and was extremely dissatisfied with the bridal bouquet. I said nothing at the time because of being stressed and my wedding was within a few hours.I sent a note to Poppy and still have not received any type of call back.I was given a house bouquet bought at Walmart and it is still stunning.. my bridal bouquet lasted till Tuesday from SaturdayI could have purchased 3 dozen roses at Safeway for less. As well, there was no special ribbon or handle, just a bunch of flowers (7) with greenery tied with ribbon.Very unhappy for this ridiculously expensive poor quality flower arrangement.I will never use Smart Flowers again and I have told everyone I know.

Ordered flowers the day before pick up, all they said was we are open till 4pm so come before that. Went to pick up flowers at 11:30 next day. Oh well when do you want them? Like seriously!!! I’m assuming it was the owner I was taking to and said I can’t pull them from thin air!!!! What is the point of PRE ORDER! Second time I have had problems with this florist and second time the owner is RUDE!! Will NEVER return to this place and would never recommend this “florist”
