LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Took my 4.5 month old pup Samoyed to Platinum Pooch and he came back BRIGHT white, soft, smelling fresh, and perfectly cleaned up! They did a great job with him - he came back smiling and happy. I asked them some questions about grooming my pup at home, and they were informative and provided answers to all my questions. Much appreciated! They also gave us a very sweet holiday card and an actual physical copy picture of our pup in his holiday bandana! Such a sweet surprise and warmed my heart. I will definitely be returning here as I really trust them with my dog. They also groom other Samoyeds too, so if you're a Sammy owner, definitely give them a call! Thanks again Platinum Pooch team!

I've been here twice now, and I love it. My dog hates getting her nails trimmed, but the people here are so good with her. She also never takes treats when she's stressed, and she ate a bunch while getting her nails done, so that says a lot about the wonderful environment they have there.

My boys were just in to get groomed and they did an amazing job with them both. My Chihuahua is reactive and usually hates everyone, but they managed to get him gorgeous without getting bit or stressing him out AND they handled my high energy Cane Corso mix without breaking a sweat.Thank you ladies, you are top notch!

Wonderful pet salon! Highly recommend, I have brought my pets here many times now. I’d love to give 5 stars, but I hope for their statement on their website to be more accurate:“We schedule cats for earlier in the morning or later in the day so your kitty isn't being worked on at the same time as any dogs.”Im finding every time I have brought my cat here, there’s dogs loudly barking behind the wall startling my poor cat upon opening the front door. Even so, this is a great place but I do get that pit in my stomach making me upset for my fur fella already going through the process of not wanting to be groomed. So there very well could be a day I try looking elsewhere but it would only be for this reason alone.

I decided to switch groomers for my 13 year old cockapoo. I was impressed when we first walked into Platinum Pooch because they took the time to ask me about whether my dog had any health issues to be aware of and how I wanted her cut. They were very gentle and reassuring as my dog was a bit nervous. They communicated with me via text while she was getting groomed to ask if they could use doggy perfume and she was done within 1.5 hours. The price was very reasonable and comparable with other groomers in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend Platinum Pooch!!

Platinum Pooch is our favourite groomer in town! The staff are incredibly friendly and patient with my dog, Corporal. He also has gastro issues and they are always accommodating, ensuring he doesn't share water with other dogs or get treats. They always double check what services we are getting and let me know how Corporal did during his appointment. Plus, he always comes home with an adorable bow tie! Love their services and will continue going back.

Take my dog here to get her grooming done 2-3 times a year. Very friendly and professional. Great job!

love that they have a Intro groom for pups so they can get use to each item.the staff are kind and try hard to keep ur animal comfortable at all times.they had great information on what to do in between grooming.

Platinum Pooch did such a great job with my dog Sailor! Sailor has unfortunately had many bad hair cuts, but my whole family loves this one! It was also the quickest he has ever been groomed, only an hour and 15, whereas he typically takes 2 hours or more. The staff also text you 15 minutes before they're done, which is super convenient! The groomers are so kind with the dogs and talk to them like they're little angels (which they are). Could not recommend this place enough and he will definitely be going back. So nice to find a such good groomer in a central spot :)
