In today's world ordering a new car, especially a Hybrid can be tough, I was fortunate enough that I always used Ancaster Toyota for servicing my car and they have always been great, so this experience with a trade in and new car was just as expected: great.I dealt with Anthony in sales and George in financing and both were both professional and down to earth during the entire process ( and I can be a pain to deal with ) theses guys were great and Ancaster Toyota did not disappoint, I'd highly recommend them.Oh, and a big shout out to the smoking hot blonde receptionist.

Dealing with the service center was the worst customer experience I have ever had. I sold a Toyota and the buyer wanted the truck checked over at a Toyota dealership.They had my truck for three days to replace the emergency brake. I asked three times for them to give the information to me as I was the owner of the truck, yet they continued to communicate with the buyer instead of me. I was told the cables were fine and the issue was the brake drums. So they replaced those for $450 and that didn't fix the problem. Then they told me it was the cables. Before they did the drums I asked specifically if there was anyway it was the cables and I was told no. I asked what my bill would be all in to which I was told $800 and that I wouldn't be charged labour on the initial portion. When I picked up my truck on the third day, my invoice was over $2000.I went to see, without an actual call because I was never called and none of my messages were answered.I then called the Service Manager Tyler and told him of my concern about not being called back. He assured me he would look into what happened and call me back. Surprise, surprise, no call back from him either.A day later I called him and explained how disappointed I was. After much back and forth they offered me a store credit only. I was clear tat I would never step foot on that property again. The fact that they thought I would have them work on one of my vehicles in the future shows just how ignorant they were. I got them to change that to a credit. I was still left with an invoice that was double what I was quoted.Never bring your vehicle to Ancaster Toyota. Go to Upper James where they are much better and professional.

,Bought and serviced my vehicle in Ancaster for I live locally, Went in for servicing, and they said that I needed a new lock for my wheels for the one I had in the car was the wrong one.they obviously mixed it up because it’s only been serviced there and they still wanted me to purchase a new lock.I would continue to purchase vehicles there, but for the service department, I wouldn’t let them service a bicycle!!Totally disgusting customer service!

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is for the interesting conversation with Matt, in sales, while I waited 15 minutes to speak to the “Finance” guy. Backstory: My son who works 9 to 5 called for two weeks, and left messages, to arrange his buyback of his Toyota from the lease. No one ever returned his call. The date was “tomorrow “, so he asked me if I could go over to the dealership (from whom I’ve purchased at least 5 Toyotas), to see what was going on. When Josh (?) the finance guy finally arrived, with no smile, no greeting and no handshake, his only words were, “we’ve been short staffed.” Sorry, not my monkey and certainly poor customer relations. All I wanted was a solution and AN APOLOGY!Long story short, the next car may not be a Toyota.

We have been working with Allan Hauck for the past 21 months as we patiently awaited our RAV4 Prime. Allan was wonderful to deal with from the first interactions learning about the vehicle, to keeping us updated on the wait time through to delivery. He was always friendly, professional and responsive. The rest of the team has also been very solid and good to interact with.Highly recommend the Leggat Toyota and specifically Allan! It was our first Toyota - but it won’t be our last - and we will definitely be returning to work with them again!

My wife and I have had our vehicles serviced at Ancaster Toyota for several years. We have serviced our vehicles at the Ancaster location despite another Toyota location closer to us because of the exemplary service; both related to servicing the vehicle and exceptional customer service. Our decision was again reinforced when there was an issue related to rims purchased at the dealership on my vehicle and a separate issue on my wife's vehicle. Within two hours of communicating the issue, the General Manager and Service Manager resolved the issue to our complete satisfaction.
