TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

TD had me running all over Richmond Hill today trying to do banking for myself and my very ill friend. What's up with locking down all your ATM's and only having a sign on the door that essentially says Go elsewhere"?! After going to 4 machines

I had an appointment with Ali Karzangou exactly a month ago because TD kept sending me emails for applying for personal loan. This was the second time I was seeing him. The first time, my husband and I were opening a joint account and we had struggles telling him what we exactly want in English and eventhough he speaks Farsi, he didn’t mention that he could! Second time they made my appointment again with him, he didn’t even come to greet me as a client, he called my name from other side of the branch which was very unlikely for TD. I used to live in Ottawa and the people who worked there were always very well behaved and polite with customets. he got all my papers and information that were needed for the personal loan and said will let me know of the result in a week but I haven’t heard from him or haven’t even got an email that says what was the result! Last time for me at this branch. I wish them luck!

I found the TD team in this branch very friendly, accommodating and helpful. They booked me an appointment on a short notice with a welcoming tone and the reception was great. I'd like to thank particularly Mr. Sina Paykan who I was booked an appointment with and I met in person. He is a very kind person, patient, carefully listening to client's needs and issues and trying his best to address all the items. I really felt that the client satisfaction is the first priority and I was very impressed.

this branch is highly recommended. all the staff is super warm hearted to help their clients.especially the manager David. He spent his time help me solving my TFSA issue and this issue was not even caused from his branch. He is very responsibile. with such a good manager, i am sure, this branch will meet clients' expectation.highly recomended!

What’s the point of having ATMs when you lock the door during off branch hour??? Are ATMs are only available during branch hours??? This is so frustrating and not convenient at all!!!! Most people wants to get quick cash are usually off hour!!! Like I was there on Sunday afternoon….

Polite and professional staffs, I had an appointment with Francessco .He is a nice and helpful individual who opened an account and spent time to explain everything.

The people as far as I could tell have been consistently nice, but just as consistently they are extremely slow. If I ever go in and there is no line up, I will buy a lottery ticket.

The counter staff is rude for handling transaction. She does not having focus at all.
