If you’re looking for a nail salon that provides great quality, beautiful designs, and the friendliest staff, this is the place!I got my nails done for a possible proposal, and Rita delivered! It was my first time getting biogel + extensions. Rita made the design look exactly like I wanted from the photo I showed her.One of my nails broke 2 days before a vacation, Rita happily squeezed me in to get it fixed, free of charge since it was within 10 days! I can’t thank her enough for being so accommodating.The service here is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, not to mention very talented. The studio space itself is beautiful and clean, they also offer water, coffee and tea.

The absolute BEST hidden gem in Hamilton! I received my second service today. A gel overlay and manicure. Both Sandra and Rama are so lovely, professional and sweet!!!! My last service lasted a whole month. The beautiful decor and atmosphere lend to a very relaxing experience. Please support this wonderful family owned business!

This is my personal review and what I’ve experienced but No words can describe how amazing Rita’s luxury nails salon is. All co-workers are so friendly, nice, and are willing to help you choose what nails you want and what suits you best. Ive been doing my nails with Julie she’s amazing at everything but also Rita is very helpful and dose a nice clean job highly recommend . Very clean place and the atmosphere is very nice calm and chill.

I've being going to Rita for years, and she kills it everytime!! She's always down to try something new, and her designs are always flawless even if it's something that she hasn't quite done before. You can really tell she loves what she does, and she geniunely cares about how each nail looks. If they're something that isn't right, I trust and know that she will notice and fix it. I HIGHLY recommend coming here to get your nails done.

Update:Been back twice and Sandra has been nothing but helpful and making sure the process is smooth and that I'm satisfied with how my nails look.First time trying this salon and definitely glad i found it! Love the aesthetic of the salon and Sandra did a great job ... however my nails only lasted 8 days and I ended up getting a nail infection under my fake nail.Will give them a second try for sure!

Really bad experience, won’t be coming back anymore after the poor customer service. The girl was super disinterested in doing her job. The scrub she used was not wiped properly and lotion was put on top of the scrubs she used. The towels were dirty, i had to ask her to change it. The chair was not clean/prepared before getting me to sit on the chair. Poor filing (I was told she could cut my other nail any further), I’m paying for a service not getting it done free. Waste of my $50 for a poor nail polish job.

Very great service...everyone is super nice and fun...will definitely be a regular here as it is a very relaxing and calming environment.plus it is super clean and feels luxurious.

My daughter and friend both had nails done and they were so horrible, they cut into both middle fingers and they looked like a 2 year old did them. The owner and husband are very rude. Would not recommend. Her friend but a review up and they called to get it down so they appear better, it’s disgusting to bother a customer over a true comment. My daughter put a review up and they reported it. They do not want a truthful review. Well then the owner needs to hire staff that knows what they are do or take responsibility. Seriously don’t waste your money and if you do have very low expectations !!!!!My daughter did not get a discount, she does not have a crack in her nail, you guys filed her skin off and half the nail you put on. We did not ask for a refund, nor a discount. She was trying to tell you your staff needs to work on skill set as she hurt my daughter and her friend. And you and ur husband chased my daughter out of store swearing. You are a joke and keep on with the lies. Again, no one wanted anything from you but you to know guys did a horrible job and need to correct ur service.And to yell at a little girl. I’ll be contacting the better business bureau.
