2022 July 3★A good amount of green space, a small play area with a slide, swings and a see saw. A splash pad nearby. Most people come here to just relax, picnic and really enjoy the weather. The trails are nice and are part of a larger path.Pros: public washroomsLimited Paid parking on nearby side streets.

Runner who need short hills for interval training in downtown Toronto could find Corktown Common helpful. Lovely space and enough terrain variations to be interesting for runs. Plus there’s always doggos having fun around so that’s a bonus! :)

Lovely grassy setting in a quiet neighbourhood. Tables for seating and an accessible pathway.

Beautiful place to come and relax read a book, suntan or just walk your dog. I happen to be on a bike ride and found this place as I was passing through and found it to be so nice and peaceful. Even though there is still a lot of construction going on in the area, it was a nice place to stop and test for a bit.

Ummm. There’s something about this park I can’t quite point, maybe it’s the layout or the architecture, you walk in the ways and end up in the same place that’s common to all. 4 stars because I saw a frog, a baby bunny and some water lilies in the swamp pond. Otherwise I’d give it a 3 maybe? I don’t know if it were just my expectations. I do like the area and the place it’s located in. Other parks are more open and vast spaces without barriers, this one has multiple small hangout places with barriers.

The pros to this park is that it has lots of green space to have a picnic or to relax. There are benches and picnic tables available. There is a nice small swirl of a trail as well. The splash pad is decent but what sells is the view. You can see the CN tower and the city from the splash pad. My 3 year old had an absolutely amazing time! The park is pretty nice too with swings, slides and see-saws. It is close to distillery district by walk. The cons is definitely the parking. The outdoor street parking AND indoor parking fill up so fast!! We spent over 15-20 minutes looking for parking. I’m not a fan of the metal slides in the playground. We went on a hot July afternoon and I had to say no to my son who wanted to go on the slide so badly.

The landscape design is thoughtful and calming. There’s something for everyone: kids playground, dog owners, solo walkers, couples, and groups. The mini park connects to the DVP trial and lakeshore trail east and west making it easy for bikers and runners. I only wish it were 10 times bigger. Public washrooms available.

Great park for everyone to enjoy! Many dogs, and some were off leash but very well behaved. We stop here for a quick rest after our bike ride and we've never had an issue with finding a bench, which is nice considering the amount of people that use the park.My only complaint is that there isn't a water bottle filling station here (that I know of). The water fountains don't have enough pressure to fill a water bottle.
