Tech was late to uninstall our dishwasher and then failed to show up at all for the installation. Apparently they forgot about us"? They clearly don't value their customers. Absolutely unprofessional service."

Pretty awful service and very unprofessional. Had I of known that this is who Maytag was going to send to my house I would have cancelled the appointment. On my invoice it states that three tests were completed when the technician literally turned my washer on normal cycle and left after 5 minutes telling me there was nothing wrong with my washer despite it causing my lights to flicker in the house. Unbelievable!

Horrible! Never use these guys. They don't return your calls and pressure you to get you to pay cash for things that should be invoiced. They don't follow up on repairs when another part /adjustment is required.

ZERO STARS> HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. CANCELLED APPOINTMENT 2 TIMES ALREADY -- ONCE ON THE DAY OF THE SCHEDULED APT AND ONE THE DAY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED APT. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THEY DONT ANSWER OR RETURN CALLS!!!!

Do not hire this person. Maytag sent him when our dishwasher was leaking. His work did nothing to solve the leaking, and he charged our card more than he said he would. We brought in another repair technician who looked at the part he had replaced, and confirmed there was nothing wrong with it. We paid several hundred dollars for literally nothing more than wasting our time.

This company was hired by my insurance to fix my fridge. It took over a week to get a technician to come examine my fridge. When someone finally came, he stood 10 feet away from my fridge and “diagnosed” the problem without even touching it or plugging it back into the wall. I am now going on my 4th week without a fridge. I’m not impressed to say the least.

Very bad service....highly unprofessional...perhaps they need to change business....Repair Tech was rude, impolite and even drop his big tool bad onto our little 5 pound Yorkie....dog took off crying and has been hiding all day. Not even decent enough to say I'm sorry. Dam Red Neck he deserve a good kick in the ....

Rip off!!! Terrible service. I had called WHirlpool and requested a repair call, was told the tech would have parts handy in case they need to replace something. I had already told them the issue/error with the stove.The guy comes in and ready to leave within a minute, telling me the problem that I already knew, stating that there is nothing he could do and that I should call back for quotes on the parts.2 days later i get the invoice for $149, while my stove sits as is.

Marc shows up, verifies the error code (E2F3) and without opening the back panel tell my wife it's the CCU. He was in and out in 5 minutes. I get a call a couple of hours later from Marc, who tells me it's going to cost over $400 to replace the CCU and have it installed.I called another repair shop, and the gentleman came today. He was going to be 25min late and, get this, called to notify me. He opened" the back panel and discovered that one of the wires had broken going to the temp sensor. He fixed the wire
