The tables are too high, it prevents you from seeing how small the portions are. The plates had lint on them, and my spoon had a sticky residue, I’m just assuming it’s from the vents and it was quiet that day so the left out cutlery caught all the dust.Bartenders have masks and enforced the Covid Restrictions nicely, however, one of the bartenders was not covering their nose and brought their mask down completely for a brief moment while cleaning cups to talk to coworkers. For the price I paid and the portions they serve, I expected the food to be exploding with flavour with the traditional Asian flavours of perfect savoury. Sadly, food was incredibly disappointing. Chicken was the only thing worth it as the portion and the quality is a good representation of the price, but even that was overly salty and slightly burnt. If they toned down on the seasoning, it would of been a lot more pleasant.Papaya salad is cut way too thin and it is like it was soaked in sweet water for days, it broke to the touch and was overly sweet. You would think there would be some acidity and texture to a salad. If you blind folded me and made me taste the noodle soup, and the water, I wouldn’t be able the tell the difference. The soup was incredibly bland and just unpleasant. It was 50% noodles and 50% garnish. The pork belly tasted like cold ham. I’m pretty sure if you mixed everything on the menu together, it would eventually be perfectly seasoned. Each of there dish is garnished with red peppers, I see no purpose of these peppers as it wasn’t spicy and got stuck in your teeth. The only thing that saved my experience with this restaurant is the beautiful restaurant, nice scenery, great music, nice atmosphere and excellent customer service. I understand this is a new restaurant, hopefully I will have a better experience here once they fine tune and perfect their menu.

Everything was amazing from the food, cocktails, atmosphere and service. I love that each dish represented a new country and had so much flavour. Wonderful dining experience, especially if you're missing travel right now. Look forward to returning.

We had the most amazing time at Mozaik! This was the first time that my friends and I had been out to a patio since reopening and we had such a wonderful experience. The drinks were amazing, the food was incredible and everyone was so lovely! Our server Hannah was so great the whole night. Can’t wait to go back!

Great space, very esthetically pleasing! The gin cocktail I tried was delicious and something I hadn't tried before. Everyone in the group chose a few options to try and I was very happy with what I chose. Nice to see a restaurant think outside of the box to bring the different tastes of the world to Ottawa. Can't wait to go back!

We had an incredible dinner at Mozaik tonight. Ate the entire menu, top to bottom. It was absolutely fantastic. We couldn’t even pick a favorite item because there were so many to choose from. In a time when we can’t travel, it felt like we got a food tour across most of Asia in one sitting. Wishing this new establishment the best of luck and looking forward to coming back soon!

New favourite spot in the city! The place and decor is really well done and unique. The menu is very well thought-out. It's nice to be able to try food from different regions all in one restaurant. Also, like the backstory of the dishes being inspired by travels of the staff. During a time when we're not able to travel this makes for a nice replacement. For food, you have to try the yansuji, takoyaki, and pav bhaji. All the drinks and wine we had was great. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait for them to re-open after the lockdown so more people can experience this amazing place :)

Exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive service, and delicious cocktails. I liked the Toki Mule and the Apple Ginger Sour. We came downtown for a staycation and ended up visiting the patio two nights in a row. We’ll be back!

High quality food and super friendly staff. I also like the layout of the place with multiple floors for larger groups.
