Generation Fertility Vaughan

Dr. Hartman is the reason I was able to get pregnant! I was at another fertility clinic for over a year with little hope of success. Once I transferred to Dr. Hartman’s clinic, from the first meeting, I knew it would be different here. He is very caring, knowledgeable and invested in your treatment plan. His staff is also very helpful and easy to deal with which is very important when dealing with daily appointments. Highly recommend him.

We should be starting our treatment shortly and we hope that the experience will be good.Original Comment:This comment only applies to the Vaughan location.The experience has been stressful so far.They are well be aware that their clients are purchasing a hope from them. We are all nervous, not sure what is going to happen and can really use some hand holding.You won’t get that from this clinic. Everything is slow, you need to ask if you need information assuming you know the right questions. The quickest thing from this place is getting you to pay, super quick to send quote(the financial counsellor has no idea about what she is talking about) and to pull out the credit card machine. Would be amazing if all other services they provide is as efficient.Nurses are great but the client service before you can get to a nurse is awful.Really would recommend to try elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about both the Vaughn, and newmarket clinic. The most wonderful human beings that have helped us conceive have a huge thank you from my husband and I. We felt so comfortable, cared for and we’re able to achieve our goals in what I would call a relieving amount of time. Dr Gurau is so knowledgable when it comes to pcos and gave me every answer to every question with me feeling like I was genuinely in the right hands. Truly a wonderful experience from him and his team and I would recommend him to anyone with fertility issues.Thank you so much to you and your beautiful team!

We've had an excellent experience at the clinic. They are organized, caring and so experienced at what they do. Dr. Lai was straightforward yet compassionate as she walked us through the different stages of treatment, and I really appreciated that we didn't waste time on treatments that had a low likelihood of success based on our diagnosis. Already looking forward to returning for baby #2 :-)

The brunette hair customer representative who mostly sits across the entrance is very rude and insensitive. I have been coming to this clinic since July 2022, and her ill manners have been noticed.The other staff members are pleasant but this lady needs to take it down a notch. Her manners and body language are despicable. She should address people the way she will like to be addressed especially people who are already emotional due to fertility issues.She almost through my OHIP card back at me yesterday. Luckily, her colleague noticed and gave back the card more decently. She can learn from her colleagues or be trained properly. The first point of contact matters a lot for a business such as fertility clinic.Otherwise, I had give it a 5 star!

Highly recommend Generation Fertility clinic. Getting an appointment is fast, and easy.Dr. Gurau’s team and the reception staff is great!However the male testing room could use some new chairs. Nothing but a positive experience here.

I absolutely adore this place, and would strongly recommend to all. The staff is wonderful, very nice and friendly. The nurses are well educated, and happy to answer any and all of my questions, I never feel rushed or anything, or made to feel belittled. The ultrasound technicians are the sweetest people I have ever met, the building is absolutely clean and I have no bad things to say about this place. Dr Hartman is the BEST, he took his time to answer my questions, he made sure we understood all the processes, and what would be happening. 10/10 would recommend him to others.

I highly recommend Generation Fertility and Dr. Hartman. I reached out to Generation Fertility over a year ago after multiple losses. It was a very devastating time, and this clinic offered me support, encouragement and hope. I am especially grateful to the staff here especially Dr. Michael Hartman. He has the best bedside manner and showed more compassion and empathy than any doctor I have ever had. He takes the time to personally call you with results, often the same day, and never makes you feel rushed. During this difficult period, it especially meant a lot to have such a caring physician who was really hopeful and encouraging. I felt like he really cared about me and was really rooting for me. I also want to thank the nursing staff who answered my calls and emails right away, most often the same day, especially when I had a ton of questions or called in with scary symptoms and needed reassurance. The phlebotomists are friendly and talkative which is a welcome distraction, and the ultrasound tech was great, empathetic and calming. Overall a very well run office, I never waited more than 10 minutes. I ended up conceiving my double rainbow baby naturally (so thankful!) but am forever grateful to the Generation team, especially Dr Hartman, for all their support during one of my most difficult times.

I’ve moved to ON from BC, we are shipping our frozen embryos over and Dr Lai and the team made a lot of time for us and our 1000 questions. It was a very pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them.

We recently switched to Generation Fertility in Vaughan. While we have not begun any active treatment cycles yet the care and service has been top notch. Nurses always respond to questions and staff at the clinic are warm and friendly. Dr Hartman provides great care and is open and receptive to all questions.
