WOW is the best word to describe my experience from start to finish. The staff at stone innovation were so patient with me and so accommodating. We just completed 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and a giant kitchen, and everything was perfect. The price, the installation, timing and quality were outstanding. I can't wait to do another project with them.

They were excellent to deal with start to finish, always replied promptly via phone and email, and most importantly the granite countertop looks great! If you are in the Guelph/GTA area, I would recommend dealing with Stone Innovations.

We have used Stone Innovation twice, for two kitchens. The first time they did a good job and we were happy with their service. The second time they installed a slab with two fairly major errors -- the length of the L was off by a couple of inches, and they made the sink cutout the wrong size. We provided the template that came with the sink and were specific that we wanted a zero reveal, but they cut a large positive reveal, exposing about 1/2 of the undermount sink edges all around. I had an amazing experience with Stone Innovation. From the assistance by Antonella with choosing my granite, to putting in order. To having the gentleman come in to do lazer measurements. The fellas that did the installation handled everything with TLC. The finished look was way more than I anticipated. Thank you. Loving my new kitchen now.

She actually talked me out of buying a quartz countertop from their store. I really appreciate the honesty and help finding the right solution for my project instead of just pushing a sale. The selection is great and the prices for what I was looking for were also great! I will come back when I have a project for which stone is the right choice!
