There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe how we feel about Caileigh's service and the results she brought us when we decided to list our parents' home with her!In a sharply declining market, she and her team created so much positive buzz about the home through her extremely creative use of video, virtual staging, social media and excellent commentary, that a literal swarm of potential buyers waited on the doorstep until her first open house took off, 4 days after getting the listing. Within 24 hours we had 3 written offers, and two of them were completely free of any subjects!! This was the norm the previous year, but was unheard of during the last 5 months.To lend perspective, our previous realtor had the same listing for 3 months and at the last open house had zero visitors!When Caileigh has a listing she is committed to seeing your property sell at the very best price possible (her counter offer on one of the subject free offers, more than paid for her entire commission!) in the shortest amount of time imaginable.
