Expedia Cruises at Westwood (Coquitlam Town Center)

Erin Drayton has been my chosen travel agent for several years. She has successfully organized in detail 2 Mediterranean cruises, 2 Caribbean cruises and most recently 2 European cruises for us. The Caribbean cruise was during Hurricane Maria and we were unable to confirm our hotel in Puerto Rico. Erin quickly found us alternate accommodation and the cruise was a success. In a time when travelling is more challenging Erin has answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Our most recent (20 night) cruise to Northern Europe was a huge success. Erin's attention to detail and organizational skills are top notch and her kindness is always appreciated. I look forward to working with Erin in planning our upcoming cruise and all future travels!

We had a group cruise booked through this location, and I have to say the customer service received by Janice was the worst I have ever had while travelling. This trip was booked pre-covid by my Aunt and Uncle and has been delayed the last few years due to COVID like everything else. One would have thought that with all the rescheduling that went on that by the time the cruise was officially ready to go, our trip would have been all sorted and perfect, but from day one of this trip being booked, there were nothing but issues, and when you contacted Janice for help, you either never received a reply back or she advised that she couldn’t talk to you as you did not pay for the vacation, even though you are travelling and you have your aunts' permission to speak on your behalf.Maybe other travel agents there are helpful and useful. Looking at the reviews, we should have used Randy, Janice rarely replied to your email, and I even emailed another travel agent asking a few questions and explaining our situation. They said they would forward my concerns on to the Manger Gor Mahal. The manager never reached out to us, so I emailed him directly myself. I was emailing about rooms we had booked that were side by side as we were travelling with my in-laws. Originally, all our rooms were together, but then about a month before the cruise, theirs got changed to the other side of the ship. No one advised us about this we just happened to notice one day.Gor replied back to my first email saying that there was nothing they could do, but he never responded back to the other email where I asked the question about how this happened. Why were things changed? Janice emailed two days later to say there was nothing she could do. She said that the cruise line told her to tell us to deal with it once we were on board. I don't know if this is true, as every time I called the cruise line, they were willing to help, but said that because it was a group booking, they could not do anything, and that we had to go through our travel agent, and they would be able to fix it. I even told the cruise line what the travel agent had said about there being nothing they could do, and the cruise line customer service rep said they could help. They just needed the travel agent to reach out to them.Basically, it felt as if they got their money, so they are done helping you. You are on your own and do not ask for any help or information regarding your cruise as they do not care. We never received any helpful information from them regarding anything about the upcoming cruise. But I received Janice’s newsletter, which is funny as I never signed up for it. I have unsubscribed to it as I will not be a repeat customer or anyone else that was travelling in my group. You would think they would want to be helpful and provide decent customer service as you want people to come back to you or recommend you.

We just booked a cruise with Deborah and it was simply a great experience. Deborah was knowledgeable and addressed all of our questions and concerns. After the initial booking, we needed to make an adjustment to the room we had chosen and Deborah took care of it right away. She made the entire process very easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Deborah and we will definitely go back to her for our future cruise plans.

Randy Sharma is the best travel agent ever. He gets to know his clients and their preferences and is great at flagging deals and making things happen. Our travel has increased since using him and his organization. Superior customer service. I recommend him all the time!

My girlfriends and I came to expedia cruises to have a travel agent for our month long Europe trip. We didn’t want to have to deal with any flight cancellations from airlines because of COVID or any other issues that may occur so we decided a travel agent was the way to go. We got the agent Janice to help us out. At first it was good, but she wasn’t finding any flights that worked for us. So I looked online and found a perfect flight and got her to book it for us. Then I had to ask twice for receipts and for her to book the insurance for us. From that point on we had a lot of questions such as: how much would it be to pre book our seats together ect. That is when she completely stopped replying and was in responsive. We each emailed multiple times with questions and follow up emails but no response. So we ended up going online ourselves and booking the seats together and doing all the stuff we wanted to do as we got no help from our travel agent. Therefore, getting an agent here did not do anything for us as we still did everything ourselves so paying the agency fee was pointless as we didn’t really get any help with anything. A bit disappointed in the way this business is ran.

Sarojni Chand is a exceptional person. She always listens to her clients and she always meets the needs of her clients. She is very organized, responsible and a very loveable person, and it shows in her work. She is very dedicated and puts a lot of effort to make her clients feels comfortable. Randy Sharma handled all the details for our cruise. Kept us up to date on all matters and got us a great deal for our trip, lots of little extras and kept in touch right up until the day of our trip. I would highly recommend Randy for your travel needs!

Randy Sharma has been our TA for many years and he has been fantastic to work with. He gave us great advice on when we were deciding on which cruise to Alaska would best suit what we were looking for. He is great for price watching and for deals on trips that we had already booked, we were recently moved from an Inside to an Outside and saved us money.Randy never makes me feel I am bothering him when I am sending him emails asking for pricing on cruises or advice on what to do in ports.
