Bought this for my son, had issues from day one, brought it back a few times, they didn’t fix the problem so I found a mechanic that knows atv’s and it has now run perfectly, according to my mechanic the wiring was wrong and that’s what the problem was the whole time meanwhile we were told it was our fault we didn’t know what we were doing when charging it. The atv is cheap either way, spend the extra money and get a better brand!

over a month to get parts pricing for a unit they sold a customer. when the customer called for the parts they were told to call north bay to buy parts. save your head aches and buy a real atv

Great experience. Bought 4 off them already and we couldn't be happier. Their service is amazing. They know their products inside and out. They are very helpful. We will be doing business with them for as long as we ride.

Terrible experience ordered a four wheeler six weeks ago waited three weeks for a return phone call was told they went on vacation came back called them. They sold the quad I was going to pick up and told me you would be another week so once again, I waited a week and no phone call so it’s been two weeks I have not gotten a single phone call or any kind of message from them so I end up just driving to Kanis in the city same day got it and it’s perfect
