Modern Golf Langley

Had a great fitting with Max, very friendly and took a lot of time with me. Never felt rushed or pushed to buy anything, and got some great data and advice.Very new facility, so some improvements could be made (would like a monitor that shows your numbers visible in the booth, and a little more lighting so the trackman can pick up impact location on club face) but I'm sure they're still working on perfecting it. Would definitely recommend for club fitting.

Had a great session with Max Fisher for an iron fitting. He was very knowledgeable. We went through a bunch of shafts (I think it's the most important part of the fitting) and when we finally found one that worked well for me, we proceeded to try different iron heads. He had great input on the results of each shaft and had good knowledge of the heads and what they were about.I had a bit of an idea about what I wanted (Srixon ZX5) but was open to whatever came out the best and Max was very good at explaining what each head was going to give me.Great experience overall. I did have a little bit of a challenge finding the place as Google Maps has them in the wrong part of the complex and they don't have their sign up yet.

Definitely recommend Modern Golf Langley! I went in for a fitting and it just wasn't my day. Jake noticed that and said we can try again in a week and I would not be charged for my 1st visit. Not only that, he gave me a few pointers on my golf swing which I can work on. Jake was super easy to talk to and very helpful. In the future when I'm looking for lessons this will be my go to, Jakes pointers helped and also gave me drills to do. Definitely recommend Jake and the Modern Golf Langley team for a fitting or lessons!

Another great session with Modern Golf! I had my irons fitted at their Richmond, BC location 3 or so years ago, and the Langley location just opened up so I booked a time to get my driver fitting done. I met with Max and he was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable, very patient, and took the time to communicate what the numbers actually meant for each piece of equipment I tested. Highly recommend! Thanks Max and team, and good luck with the grand opening!

Nothing but good things to say about my experience with Jake at Modern Golf! After 3 sessions I can already see and feel an improvement thanks to his thorough coaching and techniques!

I’ve had a couple lessons so far there. Working with Max has been a pleasure. He has been 5stars. Only reason a 4 star is because no 4.5 option. Just wish I could see my numbers on the big screen after a shot. I know it’s petty. It comes up on their computer just behind you so you can see them. Just wished it came up on the screen. I would recommend going here!

Max's coaching at Modern Golf Langley was nothing short of amazing. Thanks to his guidance on the 3 wood, I drove the green on a short par 4 and made my very first eagle.

The atmosphere is laid back. I was late during my last lesson, and the instructor stayed past closing time to complete my session. My consistency in the simulator improved after a couple of lessons. My golf course performance is less sh!tty now. The pace of my lessons feels just right - I’m purposely not bombarded with instructions.

Max was extremely friendly and helpful with my Driver fitting. Was never pressured to making a purchase and Max was very patient to ensure the proper recommendation was provided.The location is still very new, hence there's no logo in front of store; I actually wasn't able to find it at first.The interior was very spacious but I would say because there's a lack of divider between the three stalls that they have, you can get a little distracted during your session as you can clearly hear what's happening in the next stall. (This is a little different than the Richmond location where the stalls are closed off)All in all, the place is great and I recommend a proper fitting done before you make any new golf club purchase. It's worth every penny!
