The authentification system of the client reservation module sucks sooooo much: I can't login event after 4 password reset. And why forcing user to create an account???? There is so much other reservation system out there better than the reservation module of ClinicMaster! Also, there is so much good complete SAAS EMR software out there, why using this one? Just check out SimplePractice, PrognoCIS EMR or EpicCare EMR (to name a few).

Just signing up with a new clinic and using this software to register. It is atrocious and not user friendly at all. Do not buy this garbage!

I've worked there for a few years... the majority of the staff is welcoming and helpful. The software is a mess... no organization or planning... real chaos!I left in spring 2022 after management chopped the training department and decided everyone should learn to do everyone's job.
