This company helps me to service/repair my softener machine that was bought by other company. Very knowledgable technican, fast response time and he is quite polite. The technican was able to identify the problem and rectify the issue of my soften in no time. I highly recommend this company.

Called to initiate a warranty request as directed by Navien for my 10 month old tankless heater as they were the closest to me house. Person who answered the phone had very bad English and communication skills. I had to hangup the phone and call another company after 10 minutes of nonsense talk. Took only 1 minute with the other company to explain then parts were ordered under warranty.
