Phenomenal! I literally just walked in the door and this is the first thing I am doing. The best experience EVER.....HANDS DOWN! This salon definitely has the IT FACTOR"!!! I was definitely blessed today to have the very beautiful and exceptionally talented Sarah style me. She gave me a complete makeover.....drab to fab in 1 morning. I left on cloud nine and cannot thank her enough. I met 3 amazing beauticians today and these 3 stylists are the most wonderful ladies. It is very rare today....to go into a hair salon and the experience be without drama. These ladies are real people and they are good people. No gossip and no trash talking. I hope they will have me at their salon for many more visits. I cannot wait for manicures and pedicures.....and more visits with Sarah. Thank you Ladies....from the very bottom of my heart.....for making me FEEL LIKE A WOMAN!!!"

My second home, this establishment is my one stop shop for anything and everything relating to my nails, my back/neck and my hair.Shannon is BY FAR the best masseuse I have ever used. She’s compassionate and so knowledgeable on what treatments are right for me in that moment. Shannon also does my nails which is no easy feat. I had a massage appointment with Shannon and she is hands down the BEST masseuse I’ve ever seen. Extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what to do to help with neck/back pain.Normally I avoid massages since they always amount to fancy oils and nice music but nothing that actually helps with pain. Shannon has restored my faith in massages and I’m so grateful!

On Saturday the 23rd of July I went into JDs salon for a full set of gel nails with Shannon for my trip with my Mum. It was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a nail Tech with 20 years experience. There was no attention to detail they were gaudy, VERY thick and not even close to the length I wanted or even close to the picture I showed her they were absolutely horrible looking when I left the salon after paying $75 for a full set and a $40 tip I went outside in the light not being able to see them clearly in salon and almost cried, I was so upset. I went to a different salon showed my Mum my nails and her nail Tech att a different salon they were both disgusted I came back to the salon and asked Shannon to thin them out she was very angry Telling me they're supposed to be thick or it will ruin the integrity of my nails again not taking Consideration burned the underside of my finger tips with the dremel. When I got back to my Mum's house I filed them down to make them thinner and painted them to make them look tolerable. Afraid to go back and have her redo them and take them off and start over. I am thoroughly disappointed and Do Not recommend anyone go there for nails.

Shannon was excellent and was able to provide multiple waxing services within a short time frame. Quick and painless! (as painless as waxing can be).

I received a very uneven hair cut, so disappointed with that. And my hair colour washed out in 2 washes.Went to another salon to have it fixed. I love my hair now.Too bad, I had high hopes for this place.
