Just got my haircut by Brittanie! It was an honour! She did such an amazing job, I will definitely come back again! It’s a very welcoming space I enjoyed the experience!

Ashley at the desk, was great at getting me in as a last minute-spur of-the-moment walk-in. Christina, the stylist, listened to what I was asking and looked at the photos I showed her. Great cut, not much product needed to style it, and I feel I can easily style it myself at home. Thanks

I was really happy with my service by Sally. She listened to what I wanted, understood my concerns and even made great recommendations based off the reference photos I showed her. I’m very happy with my hair thanks to her!

Great hair salon located in polo park mall. I see Paul, he is also a barber and does great razor cuts.

Im not one to ever write a bad review. I really needed a haircut so I went to polo at this location for one. My first impression was very unwelcoming. I just wanted a haircut and I felt horrible vibes off one of the reseptionist made me feel unwelcomed. As I was getting the hair cut because of this experience made me feel like I didn't belong in there. I also wasnt a big fan of my haircut after i usually walk out loving my hair at this location i walked out sad and disappointed. I will never come to this location again. Anyone should feel greeted and welcomed when coming in.

I went here twice this year for two very similar hair cuts, but left with a nightmare each time. What’s worse, I called the salon after my 2nd time here to speak to the person in charge and receptionist said I’d be called back. It’s safe to say they did not.I was so embarrassed and shocked that I did not even have the words to express how awful my haircuts were and the 2nd time I went was confirmation never to waste my time or money on this place.

Marylou is a great colourist, but she's not a great listener. I came in wanting to dye the last bit of bleached hair to black and to even out my short hair. She told me I'd get bored with black hair and that I should get highlights instead because she couldn't picture me with black hair. Black is my beautiful natural hair colour and it's what's been growing back in for the last two years. She kept insisting I keep my hair long and that I put in highlights so it would be low maintenance and I could come back in a year to refresh.Though I appreciate her input as a stylist, again it's not what I asked for and I should have been more firm on it, because I really wanted to keep the hair that's grown in as virgin. Does the colour look nice? Yes. Will I be coming back? Highly unlikely, because this isn't the first time she's done this to me or to her other clients.If you need someone to lift your hair several levels, she's great at working with coarse dark hair and maintaining its integrity. But if your beauty standards differ from hers, like wanting to cut your hair short or keep it naturally dark, you might wanna go somewhere else.
