We recently moved to Fergus, and bought a house that we soon discovered had some serious issues. Dampness and mould were evident, and so we had Derek from Cushing Heating and Air Conditioning come and take a look. Long story short, it turned out the A/C was struggling as we knew when we first saw it, and the furnace had a cracked heat exchanger.We decided to have the complete system replaced immediately. We were extremely impressed with the installers that did the job. The furnace looks so good, l don’t want to close the door to the furnace room!! The flex gas line is bent in exact ninety degree angles, and goes straight up to the gas pipe. Never seen such neatness with an installation. The same with the intake, and exhaust pipes going through the brick. They are an exact fit, and neat silicone seal to finish it off. A/C unit is done in the same manner.It is apparent that when these people come into your home, they aren’t just there to do a job, they care about doing a good, neat job. Pride is evident, and we will be using them again soon, as we may be getting a gas range, and l know it will be done right. By far one of the best experiences I've ever had with a contractor, on time, on budget, and delivered a ductless system in our house with nothing but a smile and friendly service. I can guarantee I will be seeing them next time I ever need anything. I wish there was 10 stars.

I had a small leak in an 20+ years-old gas water heater. Trying to find someone to replace it proved to be challenging - the local contractors are all very busy. They came the same day I called on a Monday evening, quote in place Wed. morning, and replacement done Friday morning. Given that the 6 other contractors I called either said they didn't do water heaters, or that it would be weeks before they could schedule it, I was incredibly happy. Price was very fair, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the work done.

This whole team is excellent. They are professional and show up when they say they will. Pricing is fair and I trust them to make recommendations and give advice that is in my best interest as a home owner. They have helped us through keeping an old furnace alive and helped us know the right time to accept it is better to replace.I especially like that the team is gender diverse and respect and appreciate the women and the men equally.

Water heater leaking. Came and shut everything off so it wouldn't get worse and came the next morning and new on installed. Can't beat hometown business owners to service our needs.
