Fantastic drinks and combinations you can’t get anywhere else. Fresh fruit and delicious dessert. The integrity of the staff is phenomenal- we left a purse behind and it was completely in tact when we returned.

I recently visited this bubble tea store and was extremely disappointed with the service I received. The cashier was incredibly rude and gave me dirty looks for no apparent reason. It was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service.I had hoped to enjoy a refreshing drink, but instead, I left feeling frustrated and upset. The staff's behavior was completely unacceptable and made me never want to return to this store again.I hope that the management takes steps to address the issue of their staff's poor behavior towards customers. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect and hostility when they are trying to purchase something from a business.I would not recommend this bubble tea store to anyone due to the poor service I experienced.

I really enjoy their fruit drinks here. My favourite at the moment is their Fleshy Mango Coconut Slush". Drink name sounds a bit odd but the drink itself is a banger. The combination of fresh mango + jelly + white pearls + jasmine green tea really compliment well together. The drink is very refreshing and the mango is fresh.Nice simple and clean decor inside. Only con I would say is that I wish there is an option for less sugar/ice as the only options are 100%

Some unique drinks here that you can't get at other bubble tea spots in the area and some nice toppings, like their drinks with pork floss. I particularly like their mochi topping, though on occasion it's too thick to sip through the straw. If you don't know what to order, give whatever is their Tea of the Month (TOTM) a try

Decent drinks. Both washrooms are very gross. Out of toilet paper and both toilets haven't been cleaned for days/weeks.Will never come back.

The roasted milk tea was very good. I can actually taste the milk and a very good taste of tea. I'm pretty picky with my milk tea and this was pretty good! I go 50% sugar though.

Nice bbt place in Burnaby. Their fleshy mango is chunky (in a good way) and delicious. Staff were nice and the area was pretty big for a bbt joint. I would return.

Quick and clean.The pork floss mochi ($6.30) drink wasn’t bad at all given the savory pork with sweet milk tea. I’d say the milk tea tastes like an original milk tea, but the mochi at bottom was really good, tangy and soft, even better than boba pearls. Cream cheese on top is good too. If I ever come back then I would opt for the oreo one, perhaps has more flavor.Quite pricey though, the cup is dmall.

The picture of the menu is misleading. Bubble tea mango doesn't look and it tast like water. No fresh mango. What a ripp off.$6.5 for a bottle mango water.Never come back again
