My wife has wanted a hot tub for over a decade but we were never in the financial situation where we could legitimately afford one. With some recent changes to our financial situation we were able to afford. We dealt with Cindy twice in the last couple of years - the first time was during Covid and the supply of hot tubs was dwarfed by the demand. We weren't ready to purchase at the time and did end up coming back two years later to purchase. Cindy was great to deal with - from explaining all the different models and features, to listening to our needs and wants and siphoning through them to ensure we got precisely what we needed.I didn't really want a hot tub as we had one in my house as a child and I always thought it was too much work to clean, keep chemicals at the right levels, etc. Cindy explained the processes, which didn't sound so bad up front, and we settled on a Beachcomber 750 Hybrid and couldn't be more pleased with it. From the new technology to the finishes, to the ease of water care - it has all been fantastic.You can tell how committed to their job a person is by not just the up-front sales but also by the after sale support. Cindy truly cares and provided amazing after-sales support. The day before, and of, the installation she texted me several times to ensure we were ready and excited, she then scheduled a post-installation visit to personally come and take an hour of her life before work to go through ALL the chemicals and water-care regimen and has always been a text message away if I have questions or concerns. Her support has been incredible - you don't find this level of support much these days but I am very happy to report that Beachcomber and Cindy in particular is rocking it.Highly recommend that you check out Cindy and Beachcomber in Sherwood Park if you are in the market for a hot tub!

I purchased a Beachcomber 750 about six months ago. The buying experience went smoothly. The hot tub was delivered on time. It works perfectly, I have had no problems or issues with it. Sales staff has been great with any help or questions I have had so far. I am enjoying it immensely and am very happy with my purchase. Beachcomber has a great product backed up with great service.

We are really pleased with our Beachcomber Hot Tub from their Sherwood Park location. Not having a hot tub in over twenty years, I was really impressed with quality and output of the massage jets. My kids also love the tub.The team at Beachcomber were great to work with. Cindy really aims to make sure your experience is excellent and takes a lot of pride in the products they offer. She is very knowledgeable and was very response to all my inquiries

I went in with a list of restrictions for furniture for our octagon gazebo . 6’7” husband who needed a high back furniture,space restrictions, and wanted it to be very comfortable. Maybe a curved sofa. I didn’t really have any idea if I wanted 4chairs sofa or what. After looking at all the usual places and online at Wayfair ( only 30 day warranty and I couldn’t sit on it ,of course) I was very confused and didn’t think I’d find anything.I tried Beachcomber on a whim. I didn’t even know they had furniture! Jeri was a lifesaver! She asked me questions to whittle down what I liked and what I wanted. She knew everything about all of the pieces. She was a designer so she had great ideas. She went above and beyond to solve my requests and was extremely patient with me. There was no pressure at all I just felt like she truly wanted to find the right fit for me. I cannot say how impressed I was with her ! They are lucky to have her. I highly recommend her and Beachcomer. It’s looks fabulous and is sooo comfortable! And a great warranty lol. I love love love the set I got!

Nothing but lack of service. We purchased the biggest hot tub from there paid upfront and it broke down within the first few month. Also to be told that they can’t send anyone to fix it due to the fact that we are in a remote location. They hired a third party to come and fix it and it turned out he stoled our Bluetooth system chip.

Just loved my experience with Beachcombers Sherwood Park. The ordering and delivery was seamless. The staff were great.. All of our backyard patio furniture is from Beachcombers. The stacking chairs are at least 15 years old and look like new (never covered), wicker set 6 years old still in new condition and my favorite is this summers purchase of the amazing red sofa and rocker/swivel chair. We get so many compliments. I can vouch for long lasting quality furniture!

Absolutely great experience with Cindy at Beachcomber Sherwood Park; walked us through the product options and the process seamlessly. Once we made our choice, Cindy exceeded expectations in making it all come together, even shower up on a -20 day in March to help us get the first dose of water treatment going. Very happy with our new tub, using it everyday!!!
