Don’t know how 3Gembroidery does not have a 5 star overall review rating...... Working with Tracy and Michelle was absolutely a blast from the initial, mock-up to what we were looking to do, to the final product, Tracy and Michelle did a fantastic job! The stitching was absolutely phenomenal and customer service was head and shoulders over competitors in the city, and it’s always great supporting local businesses! 20/5 stars, I would recommend this place to any other business looking to have custom embroidery done! Will use these guys again soon!

Great job on the embroidery, but terrible customer service skills.I told them that I was there to pick up a jacket that my wife dropped off. They acted as if they had never heard of such a request before. This charade continued up to the point where I was frustrated with them. Instead of being friendly and working through the miscommunication, they tried to make me feel like I was an inconvenience, and that what I was asking for was outrageous. I offered some advice: maybe try a claim ticketing system (similar to a dry cleaner) where they could match up the number on the ticket to the item. This was met with some ignorant comment that I couldn't quite hear. Realistically, I was a customer who walked into your business, and walked out frustrated and insulted by your behaviour. Understand also that there was no confrontation, between me & the employees in the store; however, my feeling was that they were looking for confrontation. If you guys expect to make it & continue being in business, you're going to have to realize that producing a good product is not enough, you also need to have good customer service skills.

We at Mission Thrift Store used 3G for our golf shirts and T-shirts for staff, and it was fabulous.

This small family run business go out of their way to not only do a great job (they do) but do it fast. They care about the customer and truly want to make me happy. Highly recommend this business for your embroidery needs.

Awful costumer survice. I emailed looking to get a hoddie embroidered, they said they could. I come into the store a few days later to drop off my hoodie and they say they may not be able to do it. I send an email with what I want on it to the lady, while I'm in the store and she said they will get a price to me.... This was about a month ago. I have heard nothing and am upet as there is a time crunch on my gift (which they knew about). I will not be going here again.

Have used 3G on two occasions and both times they were professional, thorough, fast, and provided excellent work.I really can't recommend them enough! Michelle was incredible to deal with and not only kept in touch with the progress of our order, but made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks 3G!

Did a fantastic job on my Veterinary Clinics hat, the colours came out fantastic and will definitely be going back to have my scrubs done also!

We’d like to thank you for your outstanding support during a difficult time. We so appreciated how accommodating you were in creating a custom design for a t-shirt for my husband as he was entering into treatments for cancer. Adding the names of all our children and grandchildren and then creating more t-shirts so he could wear one every day during 33 days of treatment meant more to us than we can say. We will be forever grateful and would highly recommend 3G for any services you might require.
