My wife bought a mannequin stand from here and exchanged it for a different one, but ended up not needing it anymore. I didn't expect to be able to return it, given that store of their size in Richmond typically don't handle returns well. But Argus' friendly customer service was amazing, and they gave us a full refund, definitely deserving of 5 stars.
