A horrifying clinic. I don't know how Quebec allows them to operate.They do not answer their phone. I took me more than 15 attempts to reach someone.The receptionist provided me with online access and an appointment. Fast forward to today, they cancelled my appointment via a text. When I go back in to log-in, the site tells me I'm not able to book online.Now, I need to try to reach them again which will most likely take another 15 attempts.At this point, my goal is to ask them to remove me as a patient so I can put myself on the Family Doctor Waiting List in QC. The worst is I don't even have a doctor here - they assign me whatever resident is on call. An awful experience. PLEASE avoid. The only reason I am considered a patient at this clinic was because when I requested medical attention at Dawson College years ago, they sent me here and now all of a sudden QC considers them to be my family doctor. Nightmare.

The nurse clinician Bhama who was responsible for taking blood pressure is absolutely unprofessional. She left me there with the monitor without any indications and left to chat while the machine went on and off. When I asked if I could remove it, she tells me « why do you want to remove it? I need to take it 6 times ». I’m absolutely aghast that the hospital would allow such behaviour.

I only went there once because my doctor switched clinics, but my impression was pretty awful. The administrative staff have nasty attitudes. When I arrived to the reception, there was already another patient so I waited behind her for a good 4-5 minutes. As soon as the receptionist is done with her, she takes out a big piece of cardboard and covers the reception window entirely. She didn't even look at me once. Worst clinic in Montreal, they ignore your calls, misplace medical results. So difficult to have any sort of follow up because they make it hard, never the same doctor, well interns actually. I don’t wish it on my worst enemy to be treated in that clinic. Horrible.

The receptionist was talking about me to my doctor while I was sitting near . Like I could hear. Not professional. You’re not supposed to talk about a patient freely like that in front of the whole waiting room.

The 2nd floor receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don’t know her name, On the morning of April 19th around 11:30am, she was sitting on the side by the elevator.I was waiting for my doctor at the time and witnessed her being rude and impatient when several patients asked her questions.Notice not one patient, but several.All the other doctors and nurses are very kind.After reading the other reviews, I realized I wasn't the only one who had a bad review about her.I hope the hospital management can take note of this message.Many of the patients in this clinic are elderly, and it is very inappropriate for that young girl to yell at the elderly.

I was at Herzl yesterday and had my 4th vaccination. I read reviews before I went and there were positive and negative reviews.As soon as my daughter and I went in the building, the lady right after we entered guided us where to go. At the 2nd floor the receptionist asked for my medical card and told us where to go. The guy who was there was kind and even got a chair for me since all chairs were occupied. He led me to the guy who asked for my medical card then some questions and finally was led to Marichelle Vitangcol. She was kind and luckily we are both from the Philippines which made me comfortable and not too afraid with the vaccination. I didn't feel any pain after she told me to breathe in. It was flawless. She was accommodating as well because I and my daughter had a lot of questions after the vaccination. She even offered her advise on when is the best time for my grandson to be vaccinated. I had a very good encounter and experience with the hospital staff and that's the reason I gave them a five ***** star review.

I have been a patient at this clinic for the last 3 years, in those years my suboxone prescription has been forgoten over 30 times, i do not exagerrate, their lack of caring is in part due to their overworking but when the people calling(the patients) are nicer than the call takers(reception & secretaries) then something definitely went wrong. The doctors also will NEVER encourage you to reduce medication, they only want them to go out. I literally just had a conversation with the re eptionist where they were having phone problems, she did not apologize that ive been trying to get on contact with them since 3 days ago, she said she had to transfer me, and i stopped her saying, but you dont know what i want, to which she replied, it doesnt matter what you want.... duuude even if thats true, that made me feel insignificant. Thank you doctors clinic.

The person who answers your phones is rude and deliberately unhelpful. I was calling just to make sure I had proper directions to find the right office - IN A HOSPITAL.First, because I was calling about a booster appointment, she kept cutting me off and telling me I had the wrong number and I had to call ClicSante.When I finally managed to get her to stop interrupting me long enough to ask my question, all she would tell me is Whatever the email said
