It was a basic room with a small 2-piece bathroom with the tub shower beside the bed with a wrap around curtain.The location was great.

The website photos are nothing like the room we had. There was a leftover coffee pod in the coffee machine, the coffee that was there was open. Other than the very small room (which we were not expecting) it was extremely clean. While some of the staff was amazing and friendly, others were nothing but rude. Thank you for the stay, but we will not be back.

Very old and dingey place. The hotel had a weird smell to it. No staff around, everything is self check in, so it seems like an abandoned place. The ventilation is extremely LOUD, sounds like an excavator running next to your bed.

The Royal Hotel provided three nights accommodation for my family from Australia and they even went out of their way to extend the checkout time as the flight home was delayed…many thanks for your kindness! Highly recommend!

This place is great staff is awesome,it's fair priced , even had complimentary breakfast which Is new and it's great. Had a great time staying here everything is in walking distance highly recommend comming here!

Be prepared to walk up many stairs to get to your very small room. Roku didn't work. Had to ask for a hair dryer. Window is fully open or fully shut. Staff was friendly. Hotel is an original. Location is in a sketchy part of town. Good parking. Not a place for children or seniors.

Absolutely Awful bed had hairs under the covers so beds were definitely not clean. Air conditioning was on max all night long so was 12 degrees Celsius all night I had to sleep on towels and clothes that I brought because I was to disgusted to sleep on the sheets. There “Overnight” service was absolutely awful I called 7 times from 11:30pm-1:00am nobody picked up once. Overall experience was awful and I spent $200 for this room. I would stay away.

This location has a Japanese restaurant that is outstanding.Tokyo Grill has been my go to for Japanese restaurants downtown Chilliwack.The food is fresh, the location is spotless, the owners are friendly ,and so polite. A breath of fresh air.I love this restaurant, and I am a frequent patron.

Did not even enter the building after seeing the open drug use and street folk crowding the streets. Would not feel safe parking the vehicle anywhere in the area. Canceled our stay.

An absolute hidden gem! We had the honeymoon suite as we just got married the night before. Super historical and vintage. Very clean. The breakfast that's included was delicious and lots of options. Highly recommended checking it out.
