Danny & the crew at Tompkins went out of their way to quickly set me up with shipping bolts to move my front-load washer. All were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I'd not hesitate to send business their way, and am glad two friends suggested I try them.

Quick to answer my call and come out sooner than expected. Installed a used part in my washer to save money, part lasted 30 days and stopped working.

I waited 7 hours for a repairman to come and fix my icemaker. I finally called and was told that she must have dropped my appointment. She said that she was sorry and I told her I have been waiting for 7 hours. She said I'm sorry and that she was not perfect. She said she didn't know what to say. I said maybe a discount and she said we don't give discounts then said that they will not be coming to fix my icemaker. I think that is very poor customer service.

Danny from Tompkins Appliance installed a gas range and a microwave for us this week. He was very professional, friendly and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the work he did for us. Thank you Danny!

From beginning to the end, their service was flawless! Initially, I called to set up an appointment for my dryer to be repaired. I did not have the model # nor serial # for the dryer(it had been worn off by previous owners). The lovely woman who set my appointment put in a call to see if Greg(the owner?)could fix it w/o this info. She then called me back to say that the next available date was filling up, and I should make an appointment soon. DONE! Greg then called me the next morning and asked me to send photos of my broken dryer. He said he could probably identify what this issue was based on the pictures. Great! The next day I received a call that they could move up my appointment up one day. Perfect! Greg showed up(on time-with a phone call first, letting me know he was going to be here in about 25 mins.), and replaced all the parts my very broken needed. In less than one hour! Amazing! Thank you Greg and your staff for making this so easy. You were my 3rd attempt to get this fixed without a model # and serial #. I will request Tompkins Appliance Services from my warranty company the next time I have an appliance that is out of commission!

Terrible customer service, Dwayne and Gregg were both blatantly rude after their scheduling issue. I called the office and was told they were coming about four. They then called me ten mins later and said they were almost to my house at one. I was supposed to have a call when they were 20 mins out but they gave me ten mins and I was 15 mins away. They refused to coordinate with me at all.

Great service and great family owned business. Greg is great and I told him about the very friendly receptionist and found out it's his daughter. They took care of my washer in no time and were friendly, professional, and went above and beyond. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future.

I cannot say enough about the customer sercvice provided to us! From the initial contact with the receptionist to the technician that makes the call. Thank you, so much for proving service is alive and well!
