I absolutely hate going to this place. Just trying to switch over my drivers license and it’s always an issue. Second time I went there to do so as I move back and forth from alberta and New Brunswick and it’s always an issue with this place. Telling me I need to provide a drivers abstract lol. Yea ok. Never again will I go back to this completely useless place. I’ll be going downtown on Monday and will have no issues. Avoid this place if you can and just go downtown. At least they have people that can help.

The girls at the counter last night were very helpful and great to deal with. They showed me the paperwork needed to get the registrations on my units and helped get done what was needed. Thank you.

We were there for some service. We had to visit 3 times to get the service due to lack of explaining the process. Service is open 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday. 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday. Parking is available. Driving license, vehicle registration, health card, identification card and other services are available here. They follow COVID-19 safety guidelines

Had my first try with the road test yesterday and my examiner was an African American who I feel is not fit to be an examiner. I made few mistakes and he seemed to have gotten pretty angry real quick, and also, what kind of examiner makes you do the downhill/uphill parkings on a flat roadway, that don’t make sense to me, he also tried to make me sound like I was the most unsafe driver in Fort Mcmurray. He made me feel like I was a complete failure after the first try after asking me how I did even know I knew I messed up.I would not want to recommend him for new drivers who are looking to do the road test, I even had some of my coworkers at work who had him told me that he’s not a very good examiner and I can see why.

Someone who did a road test with The new guy that does the road tests , he is tall African American, he is extremely uneducated, he didn’t give the person 3 try’s at paralle parking, counted the construction part in the round about as exit when technically it is not, and at the end told him he failed but never said what marks he got, didn’t tell him what he did wrong , nothing , that is ridiculous

Staff do not know the law or what they are talking about!! Big cities would laugh at the corrupt downright uneducated employees. How have they not been taken to court for fraud yet. What a DISGRACE to the community that has worked so hard to build reputations. The staff don’t speak English and just repeat what was initially said when you have questions. I went to Edmonton and got exactly what I needed. This place is a scam $ go elsewhere. What a joke!

Excellent Service. Well-trained, very polite, and knowledgeable staff. The manager is very supportive, resourceful and respectful and has excellent management and customer service skills. I have visited this office multiple times for personal and business needs, and they helped me promptly.

If i didnt have to leave a star I absolutely wouldnt. Went in to get some stuff done and had my little one with me. He became upset and started to cry. There was someone writing a test. Someone came out from the back and i told to take my very young child outside so he could do his test. The person writing the test didnt say a thing. Absolutely ridiculous to say take a baby outside. Children cry its life. With the weather and air how it is i wouldn’t even think of it.

Better of going to downtown and waiting a whole day to get things done properly
