Buyer beware. The desk person will cancel your current reservation and book a new one which will CHANGE YOUR PRICE. If you booked online, do not let them stop you from checking in online. Very shady experience overall and the person will keep blaming the system and refuse to change anything back to your original reservation.

Horrible experience, costumer service is lacking. Had trouble returning vechile on time due to traffic. Had called ahead an hour early to let them know and the guy was upset cause we weren't returning it on time. Traffic was caused by an accident and construction. Tried to explain the situation but the guy on the phone wasn't understanding and getting upset. We were frustrated as it is, the attitude and the way he responded wasn't helping. We can't control traffic so I don't know what to say.

I hate U-Haul. Rented a vehicle for pickup in Markham. Later they changed pickup to Newmarket. Ok fine - made arrangements to get there. Then the next day they changed it to Sutton. Newmarket wasn't bad - Sutton was really far. I didn't complain, went and got the truck despite the extra stress, extra distance and the destruction of my well laid plans. Then I get a charge for gas b/c I didn't quite fill to half way. Crazy. I filled up prior to dropping off but their 1/2 way was different from my 1/2. I am assuming they don't say fill it" so they can charge you extra money. Scam. Lots of options - I am taking my business elsewhere next time."

We rented a van from this location first time.The staff was very friendly and helpful and professional. We are very grateful for their service.

I rent a pickup truck, before returning the car, add more than half the gasoline, and it turns out, but u-halt, take the photo for less than half the gasoline, i don'it know what happen,is the worst experience in this company, it must be someone is stealing gasoline in this site, and the worst thing is that the company does not accept claim

Booked a month ahead of time to find out the day before they wanted me to drive 2 plus hours to pick up the truck. (Markham - London) Talked to 6 different preps who were all less then helpful, giving me different numbers to call which all had 20+ minute wait times to talk to someone who was just going to give me yet another number to call. Honestly they made this move far more difficult then it needed to be. Joke of a company and feel dumb for thinking they were the go to moving company. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Never use uHaul. NEVER!

Rented on two different occasions without much notice, service was very responsive and they gave lots of vehicle options.

Stay away. I tried to rent a U-haul cargo van. The guy tried to get me to sign a contract with their own rental company which has pricing similar to Uhaul. Very devious business dealings. Their insurance coverage has a deductable of $2000! When I refused to sign, the guy calls me to harass me on my decision to walk away. I will be filing a complaint with Uhaul corporate.

We arrived to pick up the truck, took our driver’s license and credit card, didn’t take us to the truck for inspection, just gave us a piece of paper and said to fill the truck fuel back to that point. When we returned the truck, I asked if there was an invoice, said it would be sent by email. Well, when I received the invoice, I was charged $15 for insurance I never authorized, almost another $15 for fuel which I did replace and still got charged and was charged for more Km’s than I did. What kind of scam is this place running???????? We called back and gave us the run around, said to send a picture of the fuel after we filled the tank. I have a feeling they won’t do anything and were overcharged at least $30+ for the rental. It’s disgusting how people take advantage of you. Will NEVER rent there again.

Waited an hour for the owner to show up and give us the keys. Did not arrive. They had U-Haul lock boxes outside but both were empty. Not sure why we couldn't have just used those with a code given during the check in process. Called U-Haul support and they booked us a truck elsewhere while refunding our purchase.
