I just came here and the service was so good. The guy working over there was very friendly and he attend me with a happy face. If i talk about the cleanliness, the whole place was very spic and span.

I am super upset with their service. I specifically asked for a veggie patty Sub and when I got home there was no patty in my sub. The lady who made my order, her name was Jovalyn. After I noticed the no patty in my sub, I called to talk to her. She told me she would make me another sub with the veggie patty as we had already taken the bite from the previous one which is why we couldn’t take it back to just let her put the patty in the first one. She told me she would make another foot long but only charge me for the patty and I agreed. When I arrived to pick my subway up, she had already left work leaving my subway ready for payment. I had to pay for one full footling again because my family wanted the veggie patty. I had to make two trips and pay extra for no reason. This is super frustrating. It has happened multiple times. The staff needs to do a better job.

Lately employees are having problems reading orders sent in via the subway app.If the order says NO CHEESE.....DONT PUT ANY CHEESE ON THE SANDWICH!"When I brought the sandwich back the employee didnt apologize and tried to lay blame on us saying we should have checked it.Very disappointed in the service at this store lately."

Not impressed at all. The bathroom was out of order. Cleanliness was okay. Found it very cold inside the restaurant. My husband's sandwich was nuked so long his sandwich was almost inedible. Very pricey for what you're actually getting these days.

I have been here multiple times and everytime is terrible, just because they are in a small town with limited fast food restaurants shouldn't mean you can be terrible to your customers. The staff is rude and have 0% customer service. I went in today and even when I was the only one in the restaurant I had to wait so the woman could fill her meat and veggies sections. Then I asked for soup and was told they were out even though it was noon and they were open till 9pm. There is so much more I could say wrong about them.

Wont recommend to anyone . Worst service i have ever got. I went there today but unfortunately they dont have italian garlic bread and the lady there didn't told me that she doesn't have italian herb and garlic bread she started making my sub on white bread. When i told her that i want italian bread she become arrogant and talk to me rudely that she don't have that. It was my first visit and last as well.

Went I for 2 foot long subs and was not asked what kind of chicken I wanted chicken strips or patty. They automatically gave us strips. When we went to the till they charged us more for it. When we questioned them they said we told them we wanted that. We where not given a choice. The 2 girls behind the counter where rude and arguing with us. I feel like this location tries to take advantage of people during tourist season. I am a local and will never go back to this location again. They gave us a very sour taste.
