They have the best education available the best hair care lines the best owners staff and showroomsThe sales reps have taught me to use the best products and taught me how to educate my clients so they want to buy them . They even send out educators for on hand training there is no better company the international beauty servicesAnyone who doesn’t like them must of been having a bad day

Horrible customer service! I have had an account for over ten years with this location. I went in to get a few things and was made to feel unwelcomed. The cashier told me that their system was updating and I need to show my license which I didn't have on me at the time as I have never been asked for it since opening the account. She did not apologize or try to help me out in any way. My time was completely wasted. There were two other employees behind the desk that didn't even look up from their phones. For a company servicing people who work in customer service you should learn proper customer service! Appalling display of laziness and rudeness for a small business owner.

Always the best price and the girls that work in the store always willing to help whether they have the product or not. I'll call around to different locations and make sure your product is on hold or they will get it in for you always great customer service and will be back like always....

Horrible customer service. Extremely moody and rude employees. Instead of asking me if I needed help stood around the corner staring making sure I didn’t steal. Awkward energy, unfortunately I need to go there for stuff so I guess I’m SOL.
