Avis Car Rental

like most other air port/main stream rental companies these guys all here to sham you. If you bring the car back 2 days early they dont care, they keep the money. Even if you want to switch cars same thing pay all over. No refunds for the days returned early.

Not the best operation. They don't offer vehicle pick up at South Terminal as their site would lead you to believe, you need to take the shuttle to the Main Terminal and wait in line there. Also, they didn't have a record of the rate I was quoted at the time I made the booking... The people behind the desk try to make up for corporate shortcomings.

I am not sure why it let's you choose a pick up from the south terminal but there is no desk here or pick up here. You have to pick up from main terminal

Nobody is at the front office, no operation at all. Not even the manager of the office want to help. Unbelievable!

3hrs to get a car after pre filling forms on the app, FAST TRACK, ha ha. Joke company, missed our ferry had to wait another 3hrs fuming to say the least will I use Avis again, I think NOT!!!

Worst experience ever. Unprofessional staff, they don't care about us, worst customer service. Don't go.

45 minutes waiting in line at the desk, then 45 mins waiting for the car to be brought round. Then told it had been taken out of service and another had to be sourced. Chaotic.

Probably one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a rental company. Guy working front desk seem like he hated his job, seemed very rude and provided a overall unsatisfactory customer experience. While I was waiting for him to process my rental, watched a lady come in and tell him she paid for a specific class of vehicle that she was not provided by Avis. Instead of trying to help her or find a resolution, he completely shut her off and said “This is Expedia’s problem.” This is NOT how you do business my friend. Plenty of other rental companies out there with better service. Will not be returning as a customer...

I rent a car at least 2 times a month when I vist family, this time I asked for a ful size car and the guy was pushing a small car for me ... i am 6 ft3, soo that's a pass.The guy went a head and 9ffered me a key that was in the pile that they just received.1- he never came to.onspect the car.2- never checked the clumsiness of the vehicle.3- the car smelled like a crazy bio hazard, or something died in there.I complained to the company and they said thy will swapped it, as soon as I arrive they still insisted to give a different zise than I specifically requested.I don't care about brands, just give me my requested sized vehicle.I asked the agent to open up an investigation on that car and have heard nothing back yet.
