Not sure I understand the bad reviews as they always been very helpful. It has always been very busy whenever i have been there but with a little patience they are the place to help you out with diagnosis and parts. A real pleasure to deal with.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!Walked in...... never was greeted! They had 2 customers at the counter!Decided to browse for a bit!After about 10 minutes, I decided to just wait in front of the counter! A few minutes later, another customer walks in and goes right up to the counter! He looked around and then started to talk to one of the sales staff who was still serving another customer! .... I got her attention and stated that I was here first!The customer who went in front of me smiles at and grins! The sales staff mumbles if I wanted service, why didn’t I ask!I stated you were serving another customer so I was just waiting patiently!!Here I am defending myself for being polite.... LOLI simply turned around and stated I would go somewhere else..... a manager sticks his head out and asks if he could help!Damage was done..... I kept walking out!I will never come here again. I would NOT recommend this place unless you want to be treated in the same way.....

Horrible customer service; will not even look up parts for your furnace for you. Very rude if you even ask her to.

I phoned in to order a FR access panel. The woman said they didn’t stock the size I wanted but said they could get it within a week. I ordered it and gave her my name, number and company account and she said she would call me when it was ready for pickup. I phoned 3 weeks later to follow up and there was no such order in the system and that the woman had no recollection of even talking to me. Giant waste of time. Terrible customer service.

Since I started my company till current day. Sinclair has always litterly gone above and beyond for me. Weather im messing up my parts orders or bugging the managers, or getting help load stuff from the shipping and receiving crew. From Justin q. In parts to Robb the parts manager. Im always greated with smiles and excellent customer service.Its these suppliers that keep struggling but gratefull small bussiness afloat. Wouldn't be here without them. Now that bussiness is improving for me I was able to expand gradually with the help from everyone at sinclair. Thanks guys!!!

This store has a wide variety of useful tools for people in the HVAC industry. It also has great staff that is very helpful when you need it. There is lots of parking and the hours of operation are very accommodating.

Make sure when you call for stock she actually looks on the computer never mind looking physically. I got there 2 hours later and she didn’t have any on the computer. Southside location should stock more capacitors.

Fantastic to deal with from the sales agent on the phone to the guys on the desk and in the warehouse.Has everything in stock and at a very competative price.

I normally shop at the sinclairs in Grand Prairie but I was in the neighbourhood so I thought I would stop in and grab some parts that I needed for a walk-in cooler that I'm working on... I was pulling my 35ft holiday trailer so I kind of just parked off to one side of the parking lot. When I jumped out to go inside I noticed that something that I had fastened to the back of my truck had come loose and I was tightening up the ratchet straps, when a very rude employee approached me and demanded that I get out of his parking lot immediately.So then I decided to start posting this review and the guy come out a second time and made threats to me.Not only did they just lose about $500 worth of product sales but Sinclair will never see another dollar from me at any one of their outlets anywhere thanks to this a-hole
