My 1986 Westie broke down in Bristol, Tenessee on my way to Mississippi. I stayed stuck for 5 long days in a competent mechanic's garage trying to find the problem and looking for parts. I finaly dedided to call Bob at VAPS for his help. He put on the phone with Alain, his chief mechanic and and suggested stuff we hadn't tried. I was on the road 2 hours later!! Bob and his team rule!

Robert et son équipe ont pris la peine de chercher pour me trouver des pièces usagées pour la conversion de mon West automatique à manuel. C'était introuvable ailleurs. Je suis allé chercher le tout au garage situé a plus 1h de route de chez moi. Lors de l'installation, je me suis rendu compte qu'il me manquait une petite pièce. Ils me l'ont shipper gratuitement jusque chez moi. Très apprécié. Merci
