Quality Tire Service

Brought my car here a while ago to get the tires swapped. When I picked it up I noticed a substantial scratch in the bumper. I can't say for sure if it happened in their shop or out in their parking lot but it definitely happened while it was at Quality Tire. If I had to guess the bumper got damaged while loading or unloading the wheels from the trunk. I understand these things happen but they did nothing to try and rectify the situation.UpdateI got a response from Quality Tire to this review saying my complete satisfaction is important. They proved this is not true after I discussed my issue with three employees including the manager. They completely dismissed my concerns and only pretend to care now because of the negative google review.

The service we received this afternoon was outstanding! We had a leak in our tire on the trip from Regina to Lloydminster, and these guys had my tire repaired and had us back on the road in no more than 20 minutes! Thanks a bunch…your amazing customer service was very much appreciated!!

Quick, friendly, and cost effective. I was the first car there, but they do get a high frequency of Semi truck tire repairs which can take a while. 40 min wait time roughly at the front of the line.

Had a leaky tire and they were able to take me in right away and fix it up. The fella I was dealing with was awesome to deal with, very friendly and courteous.Customer service was superb. Keep up the good work!

Great service, good price. I would however freshen up the waiting area, get some vending machines and offer free wifi to clients. Free coffee and water is pretty standard but nothing of this sort was offered.

Changed out the spare tire on my trailer and they had it done before I finished chatting with the super nice front desk staff. Technician even threw it in the back of the truck for me. Been here several times and the service is like this all the time. Highly recommended.
